I walk with a cane; hard for me to get around. The technician parked my car in a rather far off spot. The service man went and retrieved my vehicle for me. I really appreciate the steps he saved me. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Horrible experience. The shuttle service was a joke, don't do it. Smelt horrible and made my boy so sick he threw up out the window at an intersection. Got back in our truck and everything in the back seat was tossed around, garbage was dumped on the floor. Was told the tech drove our truck for an hour and a half and couldn't find the problem. If this is how they take care of you after you buy a vehicle, do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

Ken Garff St. George Ford was very helpful in replacing a recalled piece for my Ford. They followed through and was able to get things done quick. While waiting for the inspection, I received a diagnosis for my yellow engine light, an appraisal, window chip repairs, and air in my tires. They really went out of their way to help me out. To top off great service, they offered my Mom and I coffee and water while we waited. Thank you, St. George Ford. You're appreciated!!

Had my oil changed. However whoever changed it got oil on the inside driver's side and on carpet. Hard for me to clean up.

They did everything that I asked of them. However, I had an extra set of wheels that I bought with new tires in them. I wanted the tires installed on my existing wheels mounted on the truck. When finished, they layed 2 of the new set of wheels I bought in the bed, and the other two, chrome side down, onto the other wheels. Because of this, when they delivered my truck to me, the vibrations really marked up and left deep scratches in the wheels I had just bought.
Other than that, they did fine with servicing my truck, and i utilized the pickup/drop off service they provide which was convenient.
I want to provide an update to Ken Garf Ford, November/2025
Upon writing this review, they reached out to me to make me a returning customer, a happy customer, etc. My wheels that were marked up were unfixable (the chrome is hard to “fix”) so they ordered me a brand new set. The service that Paul provided me through this has been top tier, and I am thankful to have found a place that cares about the customer and their needs.
Thanks a whole bunch to Ken Garf Ford, and specifically, Paul for helping me out with this and making it right.
