LabCorp is a global life sciences and healthcare company focused on improving health and lives. It offers routine medical testing and recommended screenings, with easy appointment scheduling and welcome walk-ins. Results are available through the Labcorp Patient Portal, providing quick information for patients and their healthcare providers. Customer experiences vary. Many report positive visits, describing staff as great, friendly, helpful, professional, and awesome. Several reviews note smooth, painless blood draws with no issues, and patients were seen on time. Some individuals with difficult veins or anxiety around needles praised phlebotomists for being successful on the first try, making extra effort to distract them, and creating a pleasant, clean environment. However, one detailed negative experience describes instances of staff being rude, hostile, curt, and offended when a patient requested a specific phlebotomist due to a medical condition. This led to a stressful encounter where the patient felt treated poorly and will not return, suggesting that phone recommendations can sometimes cause issues. Despite such reports, other customers note they have not had a bad experience themselves and would recommend the place, acknowledging that experiences may depend on the specific staff present.

I don’t know why all the nasty reviews. Maybe they’ve changed their ways. I scheduled an appointment and was treated great by reception, and seen on time.

I went in for lab work the other day. I don’t do well with needles and sometimes get light-headed and almost pass out. I told the nurse this and he was awesome! Super friendly and made an extra effort to distract me as he was drawing my blood.
