Berta at the front desk was very helpful and already had my lab order pulled up and ready to go after I signed in. Even as a walk in, I waited for maybe 10 minutes. When I went for my bloodwork, I have a fear of needles and blood but Autumn made it super quick and painless. Super easy process, I think my whole appointment took 30 minutes.

I don’t know why all the nasty reviews. Maybe they’ve changed their ways. I scheduled an appointment and was treated great by reception, and seen on time.

I went in for lab work the other day. I don’t do well with needles and sometimes get light-headed and almost pass out. I told the nurse this and he was awesome! Super friendly and made an extra effort to distract me as he was drawing my blood.

The front office staff were very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Had an appointment, arrived early. They said I had unpaid bills, Printed out a piece of paper with a number to call to resolve. Call the number, bills were not mine. Had their office staff talked to them on the phone to verify. They didn't believe them. Called a second time to verify to confirm once again, unpaid bills were not mine. Total wait time 1.5 hours. While my blood was finally drawn, I was told I am going to have to go through the same thing again with the unpaid bills every time I come in. Not helpful. Why can't they make a note on my account? If I could give negative stars, I would. In addition, there are many negative reviews from others with negative experiences.

They wont stop sending me invoices for accounts that I have already paid. When I call them they say I have paid everything but I still keep getting invoices.

This place is a joke. The office staff is unprofessional and horribly rude. I was never told that Friday’s were by appointment only and I drove over an hour to have my lab work completed. I get there to an empty waiting room and they would not squeeze me in. It probably would have taken less than 5 minutes.

I was really disappointed with my experience at LabCorp today. I planned ahead, paid in advance, and drove over an hour for my lab work—only to be turned away because Fridays are by appointment only. No one told me that, and it's not mentioned on the website or bussines listings. While I stood there, I saw multiple people turned away just like me. It's frustrating when your time, energy, and money aren’t respected.

Fasted for 12 hours for a simple blood test. Was turned away because I requested the blood test myself. Instead of offering help the told me to try one of their other locations. 3 hours drive time wasted

The ladies at the front desk are confrontational and rude. I came in for an appointment and I guess I needed more paperwork and to pay ahead of time. I was asking for clarification since I had read a bit before booking the appointment (didn’t see where to pay ahead), one kept cutting me off and saying to go to the website. So I sat down did exactly what she said and it wasn’t there. Had to go back to the front and explain to her what she was requesting wasn’t possible, to which she loudly sighed and said just a minute and went in the back. It’s been 10 minutes.
Update: she came back and immediately asked me to have a seat so she could help the other patients. Which was so bizarre because I had a booked appointment and asked for help and she disappeared. I tried to politely explain that I’m just trying to learn what is needed of me to proceed with my appointment since the page she asked me to go to on their website to pay didn’t have what I was booked for, but there was no civility. She just loudly started saying “have a good day” which is incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing, especially considering I was being genuinely nice and trying to keep it from escalating. I left without my service.

Very frustrated with labcorp. I had to sit through a three hour gestational diabetes screening, waited a week to hear they just didn’t collect enough plasma. Had to go and retake it, and it’s looking like they’re going to make me wait another week, when my Dr said they should’ve been posted by that day. Very unorganized, unfriendly people and seems like there needs to be more training at this location.
Update: they messed up my second round of three hour glucose screening. Now 6 hours of wasted time and 8 blood draws later. With no explanation. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION… I filled out the link they recommend and I never heard anything back.

So slow! The girls at the desk literally sat on their phones while the waiting area filled completely. They were very unprofessional and acted happy to make you wait. One of them had her AirPods in. When asked by patients how long the wait the staff was very dismissive and continued to finish her conversation with her co-worker. Finally they both got up and started taking patients back. Extremely unprofessional and rude!

It was very fast to get in, super easy and simple blood draw that took 30 seconds and got my results back within 24 hrs

I have a circulatory issue that makes blood draws difficult. Because of this, I have a history of needing to be poked multiple times (once up to seven times) before a successful draw. I went to LabCorp last year and the woman who drew my blood got it with the first try. I was happily surprised and planned to go back again. I had another opportunity this year and called the day before to see if I could get the same phlebotomist as last year. The receptionist told me that she didn't have a record of who had drawn my blood last year, but that if I was worried about it, I should ask for Juliana. The next day I arrived and asked for Juliana. The woman behind the counter, MaryAnn, said that Juliana wouldn't be in until 7:30am and that anyone there could draw my blood. I told MaryAnn that I would wait. I didn't know it at the time, but MaryAnn wasn't the receptionist. She was a phlebotomist and she was obviously VERY offended that I didn't want her to draw my blood. She rudely explained that everyone there was "competent". At that point, there was no way I was going to let HER draw my blood as she had been extremely rude and wasn't getting anywhere need my veins. A short while later, another woman came in and tried to call me back. I told her that I was waiting for Juliana and, again, I was met with hostility and "seven years of experience". I should have just walked out at that point since my anxiety was closing up my veins (part of my circulatory disease). However, I stuck it out and was met with a curt Juliana. I'm sure her coworkers had filled her in on the stubborn client and she wasn't happy to see me. She poked me twice and was successful on the second try. I was grateful for that, but will not be going back to LabCorp. I suggest that the woman who answers the phone doesn't make recommendations. Otherwise, those who try to follow those recommendations will be treated poorly. Also, a note to MaryAnn, just because you have successfully drawn blood from the average person, doesn't mean you can successfully draw blood from me. Being competent doesn't necessarily mean that you are good at what you do.

I’ve come here the last 3 times i’ve gotten my blood work done and haven’t had a bad experience. Each time the front desk staff has been pretty helpful and friendly, and the blood work has gone smoothly with no issues. I see quite a few negative reviews but i’ve yet to have a poor experience, maybe it’s just the staff has been better on the days i’ve gone, but I would recommend this place.

I wanted to write my experience with Labcorp at St. George, Utah especially after seeing the bad reviews. I was very pleased and had a great experience. They were friendly, professional, and it was painless. I have been to other labs in other states which were terrible but this office is clean and pleasant.
