I have a circulatory issue that makes blood draws difficult. Because of this, I have a history of needing to be poked multiple times (once up to seven times) before a successful draw. I went to LabCorp last year and the woman who drew my blood got it with the first try. I was happily surprised and planned to go back again. I had another opportunity this year and called the day before to see if I could get the same phlebotomist as last year. The receptionist told me that she didn't have a record of who had drawn my blood last year, but that if I was worried about it, I should ask for Juliana. The next day I arrived and asked for Juliana. The woman behind the counter, MaryAnn, said that Juliana wouldn't be in until 7:30am and that anyone there could draw my blood. I told MaryAnn that I would wait. I didn't know it at the time, but MaryAnn wasn't the receptionist. She was a phlebotomist and she was obviously VERY offended that I didn't want her to draw my blood. She rudely explained that everyone there was "competent". At that point, there was no way I was going to let HER draw my blood as she had been extremely rude and wasn't getting anywhere need my veins. A short while later, another woman came in and tried to call me back. I told her that I was waiting for Juliana and, again, I was met with hostility and "seven years of experience". I should have just walked out at that point since my anxiety was closing up my veins (part of my circulatory disease). However, I stuck it out and was met with a curt Juliana. I'm sure her coworkers had filled her in on the stubborn client and she wasn't happy to see me. She poked me twice and was successful on the second try. I was grateful for that, but will not be going back to LabCorp. I suggest that the woman who answers the phone doesn't make recommendations. Otherwise, those who try to follow those recommendations will be treated poorly. Also, a note to MaryAnn, just because you have successfully drawn blood from the average person, doesn't mean you can successfully draw blood from me. Being competent doesn't necessarily mean that you are good at what you do.

I’ve come here the last 3 times i’ve gotten my blood work done and haven’t had a bad experience. Each time the front desk staff has been pretty helpful and friendly, and the blood work has gone smoothly with no issues. I see quite a few negative reviews but i’ve yet to have a poor experience, maybe it’s just the staff has been better on the days i’ve gone, but I would recommend this place.

I wanted to write my experience with Labcorp at St. George, Utah especially after seeing the bad reviews. I was very pleased and had a great experience. They were friendly, professional, and it was painless. I have been to other labs in other states which were terrible but this office is clean and pleasant.

Truly unorganized. First off, if you’re here at google maps looking at reviews of 1 star for this place, think… who on earth writes a review for a lab??? Here we are. They lost my order and blood after my very trustworthy nurse hand delivered it to them. How odd. After reading the reviews here, I’m not surprised. I’ve never reviewed a lab before, so I came here to hopefully warn people if they look at lab reviews. So weird… labcorp is usually fine but this St. George office is concerning.Update: It gets better. This location still has no record of the hand-delivered (to a person in the lab) drop-off. I called customer service again and found out my labs never got processed by this facility before shipping them to get tested. As a result, blood that wasn't processed was sent to their Arizona lab by courier and was rejected. So when blood is dropped off, you need to tell labcorp to do their job or they won't do it. Truly abysmal? , one job.

I was sent here by a doc who was standing in for my doc. The staff here are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. Avoid if you can, I would go to the hospital over Labcorp. My labs were done over 48 hours and still no results although they promised they would . I would give negative 5 if possible.

I had an allergic reaction to something that was thought to be a tuna sandwich bought earlier in the day from a Subway. I broke out with hives all over my body and my skin looked like lizard skin. I went to the emergency room where I was treated with Benadryl. The sandwich was tuna with extra mayonnaise and pickle. I was sent to Labcorp for a blood test to help determine what I might be allergic to, especially mayonnaise, tuna and pickle. Labcorp was paid for the blood test. They did not do any test because they said mayonnaise has can have different ingredients, pickles can have different ingredients and tuna can be different so they chose not to test at all but they gladly charged me for their work. Other tests showed I could be allergic to shell fish which I eat all the time without a problem and other "stuff" that eat without a problem. The mystery was left to possibly what the preservative is/was used by Subway as just how long the tuna and mayonnaise was left out was unknown...Eat Fresh (ha) and don't bother with Labcorp for a good test. And...today I continue to break out with hive for no reason at all. Just something is now in my system after eating that sandwich. Zyrtec works much better for me than Benadryl for getting rid of the ithchy hives. It works pretty fast...Thanks so much Labcorp

This was the closest drug testing facility and I made it before their closing time listed on the website. It didn’t outline drug screenings where done only until 2:00 and I arrived at 2:20. I explained to the two employees I drove all the way from Kanab and one turned me away but Julianna Prentice said she would do it since I drove from Kanab. I want to thank her for making the exception she didn’t have to! Moving and getting a new job is so stressful and she made my day by doing the screening after I had driven such a long way. I truly appreciate her customer service!

The tech I had that just did my blood draw sucks! Go back to school to learn how to properly draw blood and take some manner courses! She was rude and then at the end of my draw she jabs the needle in further! She should not be working in this field!

Apparently I was the one the Office administrator chose to bully today. Everything I did upset her. They couldn’t find my work order so I had to call my Dr. to have him resend it. Everything went downhill from there. All I needed was a fax number so my Dr could re fax the order. She made it almost impossible for me to get the number I needed. She got upset every time I asked for help. If she treated her kids like she treated me today, it would have been considered abuse! Even though I had been to this location before and Medicare covered it, the administrator changed my paperwork so that I would have had to pay for my blood work myself. Needless to say I never got my blood work done today!
