Wow! This was the most relaxing self-care experience. This is my new favorite way to be pampered. I loved seeing the before and after of my scalp and how nourished and healthy it looked after just one treatment. The whole experience was thoughtfully done, down to the cozy robe, slippers and delicious chocolate.
The whole experience was deeply relaxing, and so worth it. I’m already planning my next visit. It would make the perfect girls’ day or even a unique couples’ experience. Highly recommend!

I had my first head spa at Legends, and it was an amazing experience. It was so relaxing and calming! It was interesting to look at my scalp close up through a camera before the treatment and after. My scalp was much more healthy afterwards. I highly recommend this experience!

I have been looking for a stylist for months!! Everyone knows that struggle. I came into Legends and met Bailey she was awesome. She really listened to my concerns and wanted to make it right. Made an appointment for a color she is the absolute best! I haven't found a hair stylist like her in my years. She cares and listens she did amazing. It helps that she has such a fun, cute, bubbly personality. If I could have given her my stars I would have!! Thanks Bailey

Lori Ransom is my stylist and she's absolutely fabulous. I've been looking for the right stylist in STG for 3 years.... I love the salon itself as well.... quiet, relaxing ambience. They expanded recently to offer Hair therapy. Can't wait to try it...❤️❤️

My hairstylist did a good job at highlighting my hair. However; I had booked my appointment and had discussed with the stylist to get my hair completely bleached. I knew it wouldn’t be the right blonde in one try. I had shown her how light I was trying to get and how dark my hair was, she then accepted my appointment and said nothing afterwards. The day of my appointment after I had shown up and sat in the chair I was then told by my stylist that it was booked incorrectly and she had no time to bleach it all and that she would be able to do highlights only. I didn’t want to say never mind to getting my hair done because there is a fee for canceling. I’m disappointed that the stylist waited until I was there to tell me I wasn’t getting my hair completely bleached like I wanted and like we discussed.

I am so lucky to have Karina (with an I) style my hair. She is absolutely AMAZING and talented! Karina is fast and cuts with precision and confidence. I loved how honest she is with strategies and her consultative approach. I love the color and beautiful bouncy waves.

I requested an appointment using their online scheduler with Karina, she had 40 years experience and I thought that being older that she'd understand more of 50+ needs. She accepted the appointment and could see that I'd be a new client. The morning of my appointment she text and wanted to move my appointment back an hour so she could get ready for a neighborhood Halloween party. I showed up on time but immediately got the vibe that she was pressed for time. I showed her the picture of the cut I was wanting, which had previously been done so a trim was all I needed. She hurried the wash, sat me down, didn't ask to see the picture again and began the hurried cut, the scissors were going nuts, like Edward scissorhands only after his cut you would know what it was. I had no way of knowing I'd be sandwiched with someone right behind mine. I left with my hair not finished so Karina could stay on time. Instead of going to the store after like I'd planned I had to go all the way home to finish my hair. That's when I noticed how ugly the back was, it was a chop job, absolutely no blending just cuts that made no sense. She didn't care what I looked like leaving the salon. I'll be on a ponytail or clip until it grows out. I reached out to the owner to see if someone else would be available to fix it but she only sent me back to Karina without asking me any questions about my experience. I had Karina's number, if I had wanted to talk to her I would've. All Karina did in that conversation was to throw it all back on me. "Your hair is too thick, if I had known what you wanted I would've rescheduled you." "Maybe you should talk to the owner about adding a "new client option". Ya, Karina knew I was new when she accepted the appointment, my name is very unique. I don't know what her schedule looks like for the day. But that morning, it was more important to get ready for a party. Karina offered to "fix it", no thanks, you're not touching my hair again. Don't bother patronizing me with, "I'm sorry you had a bad experience, we try very hard to please our clients." That'll only irritate me more. Just fix it on your end.
