As a African American women, I felt very uncomfortable shopping there, the employees seem to be way to focused on me and not the other customers. And then went back to make an exchange and the Manager asked me 101 questions about the exchange. I’ll never shop there again. Being African American doesn’t make me a thief!!!!

Joe was very helpful and gave me honest feedback when I tried on a few different styles of jeans and shorts. He brought me different pairs to try on and made the entire experience very quick and easy. I would definitely shop at this location again. I'll never buy jeans online again lol. Trying them on first is a must.

Went in today to buy some clothes and was surprised to be met with a sign stating that masks were required, even if you are vaccinated. The sign further stated that if you didn't like their rule to shop elsewhere.So I did. Over $350 at the Red Cliffs mall.The place was empty around noon. The only store in St George that I'm aware of that has adopted California policies regarding vacinated people.

Just got done buying my fiancé some new work pants. Adrian, who I assume is the manager, is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful in a real world manner. No bs, helped us get the right pants in the correct size quickly. Always a pleasure shopping here.

No Customer Service / Closes Early12/28/21 Store closes 7:00 pm. Customers approaching dressing room with clothes are being turned away at 6:20 pm. Acting store manager’s only customer response is to call the actual Store Manager (Tanji). All this in spite of him and two other employees standing idle behind the counter on their cell phones with less than a dozen customers in the store. Called “Tanji” who displayed zero empathy during the conversation and responded with “sometimes they close iy early if it’s busy” and “they were conducting inventory on iPods”. As mentioned she was not sincere at all and offered no condolence. Only after mentioning getting with corporate did her disposition change and by then it was too late to back pedal. Who knows how much business they are losing because of these practices.Stay out of this Levi’s Outlet store at 250 North Red Cliffs Drive SP 31 in St George, UT. If they don’t care about their customers, they don’t deserve your business.

Went to this store 2 months ago no problem. Now all of a sudden face mask policy? What happened in these 2 months? Nothing! No where I go here in st George do I have to wear a mask. Loss of sale now and in the future. Not sure that they care. All hail Biden, all hail leaving Americans and Afghans who actually helped us behind. I did the math from CDC AUG 24 1.6 percent death rate. Science. Masks don't work! Science. Hate to rant but ....damn. if masks don't make seal air gets in. If you touch and pull mask air gets in. If you touch masks with hands you contaminate mask. Only mask that prevents viruses is N-95 masks. I know in one ear out the other. It's not political I could give and eff about Trump, I actually care about people, their lives, livelihood, family and our community. Not conservative vs progressive, and certainly Not some virtue signaling BS. BTW not only did the Taliban kick our a** they did it without masks. And no one seems to where masks there, not that the woke care.

I went in for a particular type of jeans. The salesperson told me they didn’t offer that style number at the outlet stores anymore. She suggested another style number which was close. Unfortunately they were full price. I said thanks anyway and was about to leave when she suggested I look at the clearance shelves. They had a style I liked for $30. I bought two. Unfortunately….we’ll actually fortunately, I now need a size smaller and brought them back two days later for exchange. I was met be a helpful person at the door and she directed me to the register while she grabbed the correct size. It was super easy to exchange the jeans. Both the lady I met at the door and the young man doing the computer work were terrific.

The clothes are cute and reasonably priced. However the customer service is TERRIBLE. My friend and I bought some shorts there, but she had decided the next day that they just weren’t for her so we went to return them. She paid with cash when she bought them but when we went to return them the girl at the register, by the way was extremely rude and unhelpful, would not give us cash back. She had to put the return on our card and we got no apologies or “sorry for the inconvenience.” Would never go here again especially if the same girl was working there again.
