On Feb 28 I purchased a Kohler toilet from Lowe's in St George, Utah. I took the unit home and as it was very heavy I listed the help of a neighbor to carry up stairs and into my home. I unpacked unit, sat the tank aside and installed the toilet base. When I picked up the tank and turned it over it had been previously cracked , repaired, repacked in the box and returned. As the toilet base was installed I brought the damaged tank back to the store, explained my situation, the manager at the return counter said that they could not help me without the whole unit returned. I tried again to explain that it had been installed and the wax ring would be stuck on it and all I needed was the tank and related parts missing from my package. He said sorry can't help you without the whole thing. I said look I am the one who has been wronged here because someone cheated you with an improper return that you didn't verify. I have had to drive 40 miles, give up lot of time and all I get is sorry. I purchased another complete unit. Drove home, removed just the needed tank assembly, installed it, put the damaged part that was in my original purchase in the 2nd package and returned to the store on Mar 5 and returned to the return desk and explained my situation and expressed to the manager my dissatisfaction with my treatment an February 28. I explained that after two wasted trips they now had exactly the same thing they would have had if they would have simply opened a box and gave me the part missing from my earlier purchase. He explained that he was very sorry. No, how can we make this right, nothing but sorry. A half wasted day a couple hundred wasted miles, "Sorry" Yes, it was a sorry way to handle aan otherwise easily resolve issue.

Gonna trash on you a little because poor experiences are becoming more of a regularity at this location.A couple weeks ago I came in on a week night, paid for some concrete mix and a few minutes later came out to find it was stacked for the night. With none on the shelf inside I spoke with the clerk who summoned the forklift guy when he arrived outside he told said “you know we close soon?” It was 838pm (bad night ready to go home, ok?)Last week my wife and I came to look at appliance packages for a new home. Clearly the young man working wasn’t very knowledgeable and gave lots of poor answers to simple questions so we left.I called the store and found out when Marcus was working as he has given great customer assistance and sold us many appliances in the past. We returned the next day to purchase $9000 in appliances, Thank you Marcus!!Today I was looking for a small scaffold and found the product online at Tractor Supply and Lowe’s, both require an online purchase.Tractor Supply was $165 cheaper in price, than Lowe’s, between two pieces. Lowe’s is closer, more convenient and a regular shopping place, so with a lowest price guarantee I stopped in and spoke with customer service.I was told it had to be an identical item from another big box store within 100 miles of Lowe’s. Both products are the same, Tractor Supply is a big box 16 miles away… A young manager was summoned by the employee who advised me the store has to be in St George and the product has to be in the other store… So I asked if I need to order the product, because both sell it but neither stock it, I should order it from the other store at a much better price, and she said “Yep!”And so I will!Do your homework! The inconvenience, lack of knowledge and rude experiences are costing me plenty of money, time and frustration… I think I will consider some of the other Big Box businesses in our community!

I purchased a Kobalt Torque wrench there about a year ago, it failed today, so I called and asked if it was under warranty since it says online that all Kobalt hand tools have a lifetime warranty, the person who answered the phone told me that if I had that on my phone to bring it in with the old tool and he would leave a replacement at the customer service counter. I drive down to the store only to be told that a torque wrench is not a hand tool, and they will not warranty it without a receipt. It clearly states that all Kobalt hand tools have a no hassle lifetime warranty! The fact that they do not offer a tracker on your purchases like Home Depot, makes it worse, as I figured I had no reason to keep a paper receipt when I could always just refer to my purchase's online, in my account! I was told they do not hold the records? Crazy that they would not offer such a service, and I will definitely be purchasing all my future items from Home Depot

Really cool Halloween decorations.Update: Spring flowers blooming and fresh ideas for your yards!Clean store, pleasant people, helpful and they always have great items to choose from plants, household, wood...I think we have bought something from every isle with our remodel. We worked on the outside of the house and decided to plant our California palm trees this year (bought them last year on clearance).

The St George Lowes is great to work with. Great people. But Lowes' on-line shopping experience is sub par. We ordered a glass door for our new shower. I received no confirmation of the order with no in-store delivery dates. Contacting Lowe's customer service they found my order but there was no delivery date. Over the course of a couple of weeks Lowe's CS worked with the vendor to determine the delivery date. I was finally informed the product would ship in about a week. The next day the store called to inform me my delivery had arrived. The store employee was very accommodating to my bewilderment of Lowe's order processing.

This is a great store. The employees are always pleasant and helpful, and the store is always clean and well organized. Plus the fact that Lowe's loves and appreciates military veterans, and gives them a discount on everything with no restrictions!

We were just at the store in St. George and the short little blond at the contractors desk was so helpful and friendly and a shoutout to Chuck for helping us load 10 sheets of OSB and 4 sheets of sheet rock. Superb customer service. Thank you
