Salesperson Ricky did a great job explaining the different mattresses. I'm a senior with a fixed income so Ricky worked with me on a great mattress at the lowest discount price. The delivery team of Noah and his partner did a great job of taking away the old mattress and setting up the new mattress and cheerfully answer all questions. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.

When a production defect was discovered in the mattress we ordered, Justin and The Mattress Store Team lept into action and went above and beyond our expectations to correct the situation.
