Was in there the morning of 7/29. The older lady with the long grey hair that was working was extremely rude and refused to sell my fiance his cigarettes without both of us providing ID, but he was the one purchasing. She even held the line up to do so. I understand needing identification for age restricted purchases, but requiring other members of the party to provide when they aren't even purchasing is ridiculous and should be previously stated if that is your policy. If it's not policy, I suggest some re training. Very unhappy and will avoid this location going forward.

The male cashier who is there in the mornings made me a personal sized pizza and the sunset store refused to make it. I called and he said it would take an hour to prep. No worries at all! I can wait! I came in and got it. It was still hot and fresh. This is the kind of service that is putting all the other Mavericks to shame on. I live by sunset, but will not be getting gas there ever now. Thank you for being so kind and going above and beyond the other stores

5 star only because of the cashier that is there in the mornings. I can't remember her name, but she always greets everyone and is super friendly and helpful. Love going to this Maverick because of her.

Used self checkout this morning. The machine said "thank you" as my transaction went through. As i was exiting the gas station the baled guy working the counter called me back and insisted my card didnt go through. (Mind you I'm heavily tattooed), and he had his eyes on me the whole time ?. I explained what the machine said on my end, and he said the screen on his end says different and had put my card in again.. He then tells me this time your good! Extramly aggravated i go to my truck to check my account as it states i was charged twice. Thank you to the manager for getting me refunded but my quick run in for drinks ended up being a frustrating 10 minutes waiting to be refunded cause of my appearance . I'll choose a different location in the future.

The cashier who works overnight with the purple hair consistently harasses my wife about her valid Utah driver's license. She would look back and forth for a really long time, even after scanning the card. For a while we just assumed that she did that to everyone. In fact, when called out she said "that's just how it is" because of people using fake IDs, and if we don't like it we can "go to another gas station.Her response was rude, but whatever, policy is policy. Except, when I go in alone, she won't even look at my ID. When I try to hand it to her, she just motions for me to flip it over so she can scan it. I could be handing her someone else's ID, and she'd never know.So, why is she harassing my wife? You'll have to ask her.

the lady with purple hair is super rude and unprofessional every time i go in around 7am. she's always harassing me over my appearance and valid utah drivers license. she doesn't believe i'm 29 or that my license is real but will still sell me cigarettes. idk what her problem is.

Kind of a funky parking lot. Lots of pumps but all the parking spaces are 15 minute spots. Only needed to get gas snack and on the road so it worked for me.

I could not possibly hate a gas station any more than I hate maverik gas. The entire system from the self-checkout, to the little pre-authorization code for prepaying gas is a gigantic headache and seems like it was designed by someone who has never been to a gas station. I've traveled all across this country and never been to a gas station that's so consistently bad and a pain to deal with
