“After getting terrible orthotics from a place my former podiatrist sent me about 8 years ago, I switched doctors. The doctors at my new podiatry practice make my impressions/scans themselves and then use Forward Motion for fabrication. I've had great products from FM, and I was able to resume exercising regularly again, which is really important to me. I'm ready for my next set of orthotics, but my new insurance plan requires we go through Northwood for DME authorization, and FM is not on their list of approved companies for coverage. I'd love to see FM become an approved vendor with BCN of Michigan/Northwood!”
