Was on the last leg of a 4,000 mile road trip in my Sprinter camper van when my check engine light came on before Cedar City. Stopped at Mercedes-Benz of St. George hoping that they would be able to run a quick diagnostic check and get me on my way. Upon pulling into the service bay I was immediately greeted by a Service Advisor who I explained my issue with the check engine light. I was told that it would take between 45 to 60 minutes to have a technician look at the Sprinter and was taken to a very nice and comfortable waiting area. After about 30 minutes the Service Advisor advised that the technician ran a diagnostic check, could not find any issues and cleared the check engine light. The Advisor informed me that there would be no charge, handed me the key fob and directed me to my Sprinter. What great service, very helpful and professional.

Awesome service department! Perhaps the best auto service I've ever encountered. I spoke originally with service advisor Erica, who initially arranged an appointment for us, but we needed to change it. She was able to get us in within our time frame, and responded quickly to voice mails, even leaving voice mails for me. When we arrived, we met with Andrew Sheridan, service advisor. He was kind and patient with our questions, personable, light hearted and funny. But most impressive was his knowledge of the issues, and thorough and patient explanations. The were able to fix our issues easily and (so far, at least) competently. We were there for only about four hours, and the lounge was comfortable, with the usual amenities. Highly recommended if you need service in the area!

We have been to this dealership twice now and were very disappointed in how we were treated both times. Just last week we went there and Sami was great - helpful and friendly. She handed us off to a salesman Drew who was gone for our scheduled appointment. When he finally came, he barely answered our questions and didn't even bother to talk to us when we were done driving the vehicle. We looked for him and then ended up leaving. We were interested in talking more about other cars on their lot, but no one was available and it felt as if the sales team had better things to do. When you're looking to spend this kind of money for a luxury vehicle, you would expect a better experience.

It's not often I write a review but feel that this dealership deserves the recognition. More specifically our sales professional, Avi Hersh.I cannot speak highly enough of Avi. I found him to be extremely brand passionate and knowledgeable. He took his time to not only teach us about the car but what Mercedes was about and how we would be treated if and when our car needs to be serviced. The car is great but knowing that we are in good hands with service was what pushed us over the edge! I love my Jeep but they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by fixing your car. It's amazing that the ownership of the St. George Jeep dealer and this Mercedes dealer are the same! After meeting the service team at St. George Mercedes, I don't feel like I will have that problem any longer. What a difference!Avi - you and your team are fantastic. Joe, Bri, and everyone we dealt with exceeded our expectation and I am glad to write this review hoping it brings you more clients and recognition.

The Emissions Recall on our sprinter has been a headache! However, the service department and staff at this dealership went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Andrew, Erica and Nick in the service department were great to work with. During the recall work additional issues were found and they helped resolve and fix the issues and get me back on the road in 1 day. I haven't had a dealership step up to help an out-of-state customer like this before. They have earned my business and we will be heading here over Denver dealerships for ALL of our future needs. Highly Recommend!

We were on vacation in Zion National Park and had a problem with our sprinter van 3500. We contacted service and our advisor, Andrew Sheridan, worked us in to get the problem resolved. They provided excellent service and Andrew and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. Outstanding dealership with great people and service!!!

The service shop was a great experience. My GLE 63s AMP has had driving problems for over a year (since I purchased it) and progressively gotten worse. I have had it serviced by a different Mercedes Dealership (where I purchased the vehicle) and was told that there was not a problem. I decided to try the St. George Mercedes Dealership Service. John (the tech) and Andrew (service dept.) both listened to my complaint. John was tenacious and chased the problem down. The car now handles as it was design to do. Thank you!

Andrew and his service team were amazing and saved our trip! Our sprinter van driver-side window decided it no longer wanted to roll up. The sound from the wind was making it impossible for our baby to sleep. We thought we would have to end our trip and head home, but they were able to fix it so fast. Our baby barely had time to finish feeding before they were done! We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend

My wife took her car into the service department today and was treated horribly and unprofessionally by two different men. Andrew being one them. She was scheduled for a service and windshield chip repair. After getting there, the two men acted like they didn’t even know what a windshield chip was. Literally said they have never even heard of that before. She went outside and showed them the chip and then they told her to call her insurance to have it fixed but she informed them that she paid for the Mercedes glass package and they kept saying she didn’t, even though she did. And then proceeded to tell her that they don’t even offer that service at this location. Then why schedule her for that? After much gaslighting and being yelled at by these two men, she finally left. They told her the service would be an hour and 15 minutes. When she came back on time to pick up her vehicle, she was informed that it was going to be another 40 minutes but the guy acted like they were right on schedule and on time! The audacity to treat your customers like this! Absolutely atrocious behavior by these men towards a woman. She left there convinced to sell her Mercedes and buy a different car. Do betterUpdate: traded in the Mercedes for a brand new Volvo. Incredible car and even better service department. We traded it in due to our experience (two times) at this location’s service department. Ken Garff Volvo would like to thank ya. Hahahaha

I hate leaving a negative review, so I’m at least leaving 2 stars because I have had decent maintenance service on my Mercedes. However, I am in the market for a new car and wanted information in regard to the ESQ-450 and the C Class Cabriolet. I inquired about both and received a canned response about the Cabriolet and was sent a picture of a GLA-250 and no response in regard to my inquiry about the ESQ. So I contacted Mercedes in Henderson and they are on it! I guess they want the sale! I also wanted to ask about selling my current Mercedes, which I have always had serviced in Saint George, but I guess I will need to go to Henderson for that. Super disappointed although I would recommend the service center. I have always had a good experience in regard to routine maintenance. I guess you just need to buy the car somewhere else.

By far, the best service department of any dealership we’ve ever worked with! While on a road trip, 451 miles from home, we noticed an odor of diesel fumes coming from the engine. We called the nearest Mercedes dealership and thankfully, Andrew Sheridan of Mercedes-Benz of St. George answered the phone. From that moment on we were taken such good care of. Andrew worked all kinds of magic to squeeze us in, order parts, have the van fixed and had us back on the road in no time. We were so grateful for his frequent communication, his cheerful, positive attitude and for his ability to think outside of the box to derive a solution for our unique issue.
