After driving 3 and a haft hours to locate the store the manager told me the service wasn't available in my area. And it most definitely is. What a waste of time. Not impressed.

My review is not specific to the store per se. Generally when calling there you will get a super helpful person like earlier this week. Often it's difficult to get someone to answer the phone and if a person who does is unhappy it's a dead end.The biggest issue is I reside in Cedar City. The closest Metro is 50+ miles away ONE WAY. I'm disabled and can't drive. I cannot upgrade my phone at the discount unless I go in person. I've chatted, called customer service. I was told if I upgrade my plan I'll be okay and able to do on the phone or online. Now I'm being told I have to go in person regarding an identification thing? I've had their service since right about when they came about?I think ownership, a manager, etc should be able to review anything required of me remotely!Literally I can video with the IRS, SSA & my banks and show any of my identification and make serious , secure critical transactions! Metro is a tech company ... come on man.

The manager that was there was very helpful and polite. Told us everything we needed to know to change our phone #s over to another family plan. Thank you again!! You guys are awesome!

Please do not waste your time at this location. Jennifer is very rude and unprofessional. She did not explain a thing about their service or how it worked. She did not explain the different plan options and automatically signed us up for the most expensive one and then tried to say she could not fix it or change it. When confronted about it she was so rude and defensive. She also did not give any paperwork or contract information regarding the phones that were purchased. I now have service I do not want and l locked phones that cannot be transferred to other services even though the phones were bought outright.

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. Jennifer at this location is very rude and has no knowledge of Metro information or policies. I have never been treated with such disrespect. When I was done dealing with her terrible attitude and non professionalism and requested to go to the other store she told me I could only come to this location. Do not waste your time with Metro at this location. She needs to be fired. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible. I have never been treated so baldly. The people that work at this store are bff's with the Metro store on the blvd too. Look don't waste your time. These are not nice,friendly St George people. These are the type of people that talk so badly about their customers behind their backs that eventually they start talking badly right to your face. Every single person in their store was a diva with a diva attitude. Amazing that I walk in to buy new phones for my family and walk out 5 minutes later vowing to never use Metro again. I went to the Boost store on Bluff and now they have my business. If your considering Metro don't. Nothing is worse than paying for a bad attitude.

Jennifer at the store is the slowest non-professional person I’ve ever dealt with in my life this is the worst place I’ve ever been to I don’t even think I’ll keep their service because of it horrible customer service
