4/29/25 This review is regarding an Amazon pick up at their store. There’s a nice way to talk to your customers and there’s a rude condescending way. The manager at this location chose the rude route. I went to pick up my packages and the girl at the front desk gave me two when there was actually three. Although she was polite, She insisted that there was only two and then called the manager over who promptly found my third package. When I Said that there was still one more and that they were not combined in another box, I asked her to check again and she said NO Those are all the boxes they have. I said the other lady said there wasn’t another package and you managed to find it so maybe you can check again NO, I’m not the UPS driver. I work at Michael’s. Take it up with Amazon.. not once did she say she was sorry that she couldn’t help me, etc. She could’ve politely said let me check again or let me check in the back or something to the effect of trying to politely help out a customer, but she was rude and condescending. I’ll have my packages delivered elsewhere from now on and will not purchase anything at this location. I’ve been in the customer service industry for 43 years and that’s just not how you treat a customer. No respect.

Extremely rude employees there. I hated to go in the other day, only to find their shelves empty As Always, but on the off chance they might have what I Needed, which they didn't, I went any way. Same rude service and poor attitudes!!!! I always find stuff there to buy, but the women there were soooo rude Again, I'm taking EVERYTHING back!!! I'll never walk into that place again, no matter how desperate!!!

The store has a decent selection as far as arts and crafts and sometimes the prices are ok. Pending on what you buy and if theres anysales going on. Most things are over priced tho. My biggest issue is being followed around the store like I'm filling my pockets with whatever I can grab. It was very offensive to have this happen. I don't think I'll be shopping here again because of one employee making me feel unwelcome at this store
