“I had one of the most helpful and pleasant customer experience’s at this store. Shout out to Kyle for this review. I was greeted quickly with a smile from Kyle and I addressed to him my concern with an old iPhone I’ve had for years. I truly had no confidence anyone could help me with this problem. Let me just tell you, Kyle knew what phone I had before I even told him the model. This guy is very confident at what he does and reassured me that it should be an easy fix. After about 15 minutes, I walked out of the store with a phone working brand new again. Mind you, about four years ago I had a terrible experience at this store with a previous manager that no longer works there and my wife and I were both super upset. I wanted to give the store another shot and I’m so glad I did because Kyle flipped my perspective. This guy needs a raise for sure, literally a national treasure! Verizon needs to do whatever it takes to keep this guy happy ha ha!”
