“WILLIAM IS THE BEST!! I’ve had bad experiences with AT&T customer service in the past, but William single handedly brought this review up to a four star rating. He was extremely helpful and patient, and made sure we understood what was happening. Bless that man. He’s an absolute peach and I hope he runs this store someday soon.”
“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Jose helped me out with a damaged sim card replacement.
He was quick courteous and very knowledgeable with Crickets setup of the BYOP service and helped me get my service going on my new phone after I busted my old sim card trying to remove it from my old phone.
I will continue using you guys! thanks!”
