“Had a hitch installed on our Bronco today. Only had a couple hours to spare due to travel and although the hitch wasn’t in stock, they were able to secure one from the dealer, have it delivered, then installed, all within our short time window. Excellent customer service and grateful for the concern to get us on our way with the hitch we needed. Will return for any and all purchases and work needed for our trucks.”
“The staff person was so kind and I really needed kind at the time. I helped my friend move her in-laws into an assisted living home and they wanted to donate some of their furniture to my clients in Washington State. I reserved a Penske truck and when I arrived to pick it up they had me scan my DL and take a selfie. The system they use said it could not confirm my DL and would not rent me a truck. It made no sense and the staff didn't care one bit about my needs. They were smug I'd say. The nice staff at uhaul pulled up my name from past rental. He was so nice. My truck was ready in less then 5 minutes and I was on my way. The truck was flawless for the 1100 mile trip.”
“Kyle in Parts helped us with replacing the seats in our Freightliner class 7 motor home. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were able to see in person the premium Pinnacle seat. That sealed the deal and we ordered 2 seats. I would have given 5 stars but I was driving across country and did precheck on fluids and the oil, antifreeze, and wiper fluid, all of which were extremely low! I would use them again but check fluids at the lot no matter what they say!”

“Loved having this 12 passenger van to drive on our road trip. It was a dream come true. The only hang up we had was someone seems to happen to open their car door and ding the drivers side door. Our renters insurance covered the cost to fix it with a deductible. Overall it was great to have the space and a comfortable drive.”
