such a great experience every time I go in the store. Beautiful collection of plants to choose from. He takes such great care of everything in the store and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with teaching you how to keep your plant alive. You can also get your plants potted/repotted while you’re there. I encourage following them on social media. You can send pictures of your struggling plants and he will help you figure out how to fix them.

really cool store. ive bought 2 plants and one does really good even when i forget to water it (staghorn fern) and the other lasted 5 months but was covered with mealy bugs no matter how often i cleaned them oft. it died a while ago. idk if it was anything in my room or came home from the store because ive got a bunch of other plants (1 is the same but big and another is really similar) that dont have the bugs. can't remember what it was called tho. some sort of philodendron or elephant ear. the owner also gave me an asparagus fern that was sort of dying. really cool place and the owners are super chill

Omg this place is amazing. The staff was so helpful and kind, all the plants looked beautifully arranged and incredibly healthy. They helped me pick some plants that would thrive on this little table in my living room and were beginner friendly (what’s the opposite of a green thumb? Me.) They had an amazing pot selection as well, and drilled holes in the pots that didn’t have them as well as repotting the plants for me entirely!! So generous of them, and not to mention SO reasonably priced. I will be back, and will recommend to everyone!!

I was helped by the owner today and he was so kind and patient! He taught me how to better care for a cactus I brought in and showed me other plants that can thrive in my barbershop! It’s really beautiful inside also. I’m excited to learn how to keep plants alive with his advice! Haha

10/10 would recommend. Moss and Timber is a really cute site, they've got a great assortment of houseplants, and quite reasonable prices.
Their pots are really cute and they'll repot the plant you buy for you as you wait, which I find to be pretty cool.
I felt like all the plants for sale appeared to be in good health, whereas sometimes you go to a garden center and you see their plants and they look like they'll die not long after you get them home to no fault of your own.
I had the lovely experience of going there to purchase a gift for a friend and arrived a little before closing. The gentleman who is working there (I believe the owner) was very courteous and knowledgeable and was kind enough to let me peruse while he wrapped up his watering.
I ended up picking out a really cute bonsai, and was very happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, my friend, was less enthusiastic, due to the amount of care they would need to provide the plant. I should have thought through it better.
Luckily for me, the owner was very friendly and understanding and made the return process a breeze. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return the bonsai or something, but he knew exactly where I was coming from, and didn't fuss at all. I am so appreciative, as some places are not very kind when you have to return a living product.
I will be shopping there more in the future for my own needs and because I enjoy supporting local businesses with very pleasant personnel. I definitely recommend checking them out.

I was visiting friends but awed at the variety of cacti and couldn’t help buying some to take back in the plane. They were amazing and helped wrap them for travel and gave me extra potting material. Best service

If you like indoor plants, and want to have a good time, it would be weird if you didn't come here. They've got all manner of goodies: pots, plants, etc. and the prices are pretty darn fair. Cool touch: at checkout they offered some sound advice on how to care for my plant, PLUS, they print the species on your receipt so you can google it when you forget the instructions they gave you.Great service, awesome options, and super-reasonable price. You should go!
