No one answers phones but sales guys are great. 5 stars no pressure and great deals get a cell phone from your sales guy. Management however 0 stars they are no where to be seen. You'll need to drive down to get anything done.

We were unsure of what type of machine we wanted and needed for our personal needs. Jared helped us through the entire process and did not try to push us towards something that we didn't need or want. He put us in different machines and allowed us to drive them to experience first hand and be able to make a better, more informed decision. He was very open and honest during the entire process. No pressure and always willing to help work with our schedules even when it meant he stayed late. Entire staff was supportive and shared their knowledge from their own personal experience.

I bought a new 2020 Polaris Ranger Northstar in March of 2020. The finance manager Quinn talked me into an exteneded "bumper to bumper" warranty because the machine had HVAC. 2 months out of factory warranty, he called it - AC stopped working. Aegis Powersports, the warranty he sold me denied the claim because they have not updated their service agreement to include or deny HVAC which has been available since 2016. Quinn now won't return my call, doesn't even know why I'm calling but I assume he probably does - why else call a finance manager after the sale. Quinn lied through his teeth & got me to pay good $$ for a worthless extended warrany.

Horrible experience. I put a down payment on a Can Am X3 for a specific color and was told I was the first in line. I waited for 2 months for the machine. When it finally comes they sold it out from under me. They lied and said I didn't order that one and they'll show me. When they showed me they apologized h by the by then it was too late. Instead of making up for their mistake and making good on their end they told me I could wait another month but I wasn't guaranteed anything. Absolutely poor business what a joke I won't be coming back and won't send anyone to them

WARNING a down payment doesn’t mean anything to this sales team! Seriously I’ve never been so disappointed and upset at the same time! We have been looking for a Polaris General for a few months, and luckily enough for us we found one here and were more then willing to put a down payment on it to “guarantee” it’s ours till we figure out the financing. We put $1000 down on it and patiently waited on financing to get to our deal. When our credit union came back the amount to loan was a little less than we expected so the finance guy said I sent it to a few other credit unions it will be a few hours so please go grab some lunch and will call you soon. Knowing we just payed off a very large amount of debt we called our credit union to make sure it was all showing paid. The credit union revised the offer and sent it back to the finance guy. After a few hours of waiting we called, and were given the same details the credit union outlined. I told the finance guy let me talk over with the wife and will figure out how much we want to put down on our way over. Two minutes from the store we got a call that they sold the machine to someone with a check in hand. If they are willing to do this before you buy, can you really trust them to take care of your machine later!

Moro Zoo is ridiculously expensive compared to Cedar City and Richfield. My recommendation is to order any ATV or CanAm from Richfield. They won't add on hidden fees or overcharge for installation of the accessories that you add. You will save thousands.

Jared was very helpful and did everything he could to make a deal happen. Unfortunately due to some unique and weird laws here in CA, I ended up not purchasing a Can Am Spyder through Moto Zoo but Jared was there all the way! Appreciate all the help and research.

Called to schedule a servicing and was informed that they no longer service or carry Can Am Spyder! Such a shame since I purchased my Spyder here. With Las Vegas the closest (112 miles away), I probably won’t be keeping it much longer. Sad!

Sales people that take pride in their job. From my first contact to the delivery day to my first check up with the Service Department. Devan made the whole service experience pleasurable. My machine was done when promised the next day. Not to mention washed and shined up like a new delivery. Paul my salesman and Tyler the Sales Manager made me and my girlfriend feel like valued customers and part of the Moto Zoo family. The price was very fair and everyone including Kory in the parts department makes you feel very good about the decision to do business with Moto Zoo. Keep up the good work. Ryan and Debbie. Eric Harper at Moto Zoo is the best! We live in Southern California and we were in UT taking an Adventure Tour when our car broke down. We decided it was time for a new car. Frank Smith from FATCO (familyadventuretours.net) referred us to Eric and he really took care of us! While we were in UT, we spent some time with Eric in the Moto Zoo showroom and he couldn't have been any more patient. When we arrived home, we ended up purchasing a 2020 Polaris RZR Pro XP Ultimate from Eric over the phone. Eric was knowledgable, informative and always available for questions. He made things so easy!! He worked up an incredible deal for us and our car was put together (with all the extras) and ready for pick-up as we came through town headed for our next adventure tour. The car ran perfectly! We highly recommend Eric and Moto Zoo. What a great experience! We are looking forward to many more tours in our awesome new RZR - Thanks to Frank (FATCO), Eric and Moto Zoo.
