Wish I could give them zero stars. Started the process to purchase a can am 3 weeks ago. Sales guy Carter was great at first then just ignored us. Went direct to Quin in finance. We were pre approved , all the sudden the bank wanted more info. Come to find out, the sold the can am we were trying to purchase. Instead of trying to find something else for us, they told us the bank denied us, which we were shocked. We called Anderson Powersports in Havasu 2 days later and in 4 hours we were approved. Funny part.... it was by the same bank they claimed we were denied. We try and keep business local, but these guys were the worst experience by far. Just picked up our new one and the guys ar #Andersonpowersports in Havasu rock. All we did was sign and leave. If you got time to drive, suggest those guys by far. Not to mention we saved $3000 on the exact same make and model.

Bought my Can-Am Outlander from Jared and picked up parts from Victor. Both guys were solid to work with and have a ton of real knowledge, not the fake sales-floor stuff. They made the whole process easy. Definitely worth dealing with.

I bought a brand new Maverick and in April. It’s been to the shop 6 times with no luck in fixing suspension fault issue. Now they are saying they can’t and won’t fix it cause can am said it’s a false fault. So now I have a 37 k machine that has a check engine light that comes on every time I drive it and the dealer won’t fix it. So it’s prob worth 20 k. I’m contacting the Division of Consumer Protection of Utah to help resolve the problem.

Jeff does such a great job keeping everything organized. And I really need to give Jake a shout out! Super hard worker and a great attitude. It’s not often bringing your bike in for service is a great experience. But the boys at moto united do a fantastic job!!!!

Phil and Quinn handled getting me my new machine with extreme professionalism. I live in Las Vegas and they took care of all registration issues and shipped it out. I even saved a bit of coin versus buying locally, if you’re thinking of going this route, look no further.

Giving 2 stars based on time. Had to really think about this review, given that I had never done business with them before, I would again but let me make clear the reason. I am from Southern California, on a trip to Casper, Wyoming. Battery in my 2023 triumph rocket 3r went bad on the second day of the trip. Mind you, motorcycle was not even 2 years old and was a dealer demo on which I put a 7 year extended warranty. Guess what, Battery is not covered, considered maintenance item. So 380 dollars later I was on my way. 5 stars was considered, put I take away one for not covering my Battery under warranty, factory warranty expires 11/24/25, star two, because of charging me 50 bucks for towing. Not folding into the battery cost. Star three, because it took 5 hours to replace a battery. So I do understand having to due diagnostics and charging the new battery, but 5 hours? I do thank you for getting me back on the road but I lost a day traveling because of something that should of been covered under warranty, period.

Bought Surron Ultra Bee from these guys. Tanner helped us out, shout out to Tanner. Really helped me understand everything about electric bikes. Never owned an electric bike, only gas dirt bikes, and he was super helpful.
Let my brother ride my bike and he crashed it within 20 seconds of riding my it, bent the handle bars and scraped everything, so we replaced the bars/plastics/rims and other stuff. Now it’s good as new and looking fresh!
1000% recommend this place for gear and bikes/ATVs!
