DON'T EVER BUT A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER HARD CORE.
I just bought a car from them almost 2 months ago and I have had nothing but problems with it and the motor is gone now and they refuse to do anything.
I do not recommend ANYONE going through these guys. Rudolpho will just give you the run around about anything and everything. They erased the check engine light right before I drove it off the lot. They knew what was wrong, they just don't care. Highly DO NOT recommend

I had a good buying experience here a few years back
It was just an easy straightforward transaction, no upselling or fast talking
Since used dealers can't really guarantee the cars you should do your research on the model and pricing and should have a mechanic do a buyer's inspection before you buy
But it was a good overall experience with this dealer, Munoz auto, this was before covid and before used car prices everywhere went absolutely insane though

Horrible service! Never been so upset with walking into a dealership! Don't go here if your looking for a good experience! Building looks like it's gonna fall apart! All the cars a dirty no help from the owner!

Seen a nice vehicle listed on FB marketplace. Pictures looked great. Messaged him. He responded right away. I went down to the dealership to see it and test drive it. As soon as I opened the back hatch I see interior damage and the back of a seat missing. I looked through the photos again. The photos purposefully didn't show the interior damage. If I would have known about the damage I wouldn't have contacted him.

Very Rude, unprofessional. I went to test drive but instead started talking about payment options before I even got to look at the car. said if I wasn't going to make a purchase I'm wasting both his time and gas. Did some research on one of the cars where he had to repair the front bumper and then told me it was in great condition but he never had to repair anything. Some of the interior was Loose/Falling apart and did not mention it. Seemed like a scam honestly Would not recommend
