I wanted to share the great experience we had with purchasing our new truck. Working with Rylee was a pleasure. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, from municipal dealers, and have never had a smoother transaction than the one we had working with Rylee and her team at Newby.

We were new to Newby Buick. We enjoyed a friendly car buying experience and was assigned a terrific sales person ( thanks Maddy)! We love the new Buick Enclave. Had an opportunity to talk with parts and service about a few extra accessories . Friendly and helpful as well. We would come here again.

Bought a brand new Sierra EV from them. It had a bad headlight and electrical problems that took over 3 months to fix. I realize I could have caught the non-working headlight, but I figured I shouldn't have to check lights on a brand new truck. The truck left me stranded on my first road trip, and then was in the shop for most of the next few months. They've not helped at all with getting the truck returned under the Lemon Law, which GMC says says has been waiting on them recently. I'd probably go with a different dealership next time considering how poorly this experience has gone so far.

I HAD A OIL CHANGE AND A OIL FILTER CHANGED AND WAITED NOT LONG FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. I LEARNED MY LESSON NOT TAKING IT TO JIFFY LUBE A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY DON'T DO THE JOB WELL. I LIKE GOING TO NEWBY DEALERSHIP. I LOVE MY 2010 GMC TERRAIN. IT'S BEEN A GREAT VEHICLE AND IT'S 13 YEARS OLD. MY VEHICLE IS 13 YEARS OLD AND STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL BRAKES.

Gunner provided friendly companionship as well as ongoing services needed throughout my search for the perfect vehicle.
There was no pressure at all to make a decision. He researched technical questions and was able to resolve all issues leading to a final choice.

Everyone says what a wonderful experience and so on, I will say it was so delightful to go to a dealership and be treated with respect and acknowledges that we do have experience in buying cars and not some novice. They were straightforward in the process and our sales rep (Caden) couldn't of been more helpful and he knew has inventory up to date, The fiancé officer did the finishing paper in record speed and efficiency. Overall I would give it 10 stars. Thank you team!

This GMC dealer got me in for an oil change and tire rotation when the local Chevy dealer was booked for two weeks. Everyone was very polite, and service was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely return here for service next time I am in the area.

Some of the newer staff could use additional training. It took me three phone calls and nearly 23 hours just to get a basic quote and information on a vehicle. I traveled over 500 miles to purchase this car and had requested a video walk-around beforehand, but only received footage of three sides. When I arrived and saw it in person, the fourth side had four noticeable dents—not just small door dings.
I understand it’s a used vehicle and some wear is to be expected, but I was disappointed that this wasn’t communicated before making a nine-hour trip.
That said, the dealership did make things right by lowering the price to account for the dents, and once the price was finalized, the rest of the process went very smoothly. If communication had been quicker and the vehicle’s condition more transparently represented, this could have been a great experience. Typically, when you inquire about a vehicle, dealerships are quick to follow up—this time, it was the opposite.
