Schedule appointment to have oil change and adress a issue with the fridge as it seams to have come lose from its mounts and slid out on the bottom and pulled the kick panel away leaving a ugly gap at the base , there fix was to ad 4 screws to the kick panel and say they fixed it still leaving a ugly gap. If this is the standard of work they provide. Im not able to leave a positive review. Secondly. The primary reason was to get the service done ie oil change was told they had nothing down on there work order for a oil change.and said that i would have to reschedule a time for this. I stated im a hour drive one way and received the reply that there technician was booked and i would have to reschedule.

I have my motorhome engine oil change there. Not very happy! First, it took over 3 hours to have job done. Second, they post the price is $199 for oil change. But they charged me $259.00. They said to charge for more oil used. I asked how much oil being used, they said 4 or 5 gallons. This should be normal amount of oil used. I have many times to change engine oil, this is first time to have this experience. I am very surprised. Won’t go camping world again!

From the moment we signed the paperwork, being a 100% disabled. We had to load a lot of the heavy items we bought ourselfs into the RV the generator and about a $1000 worth of other items. No one did a quality check before we bought it. Broken stove handles to clogged showers that flooded our bedroom due to the drain slits glued the first time the shower was used to 20% of the drawers not lining up to electrical breakers defective the first time 110 power is plugged in. Yes the right power with the right plugs where used. They had us buy $150 worrth of extra plugs that where not needed without even looking at it. Talked to the service manager about and he promised to get back to me. Nope. NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY.

I’ve never had a salesperson like Ken R. before, he’s seriously the best! From the moment I walked in, Ken made everything easy, stress-free, and actually fun. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted and made sure I felt confident about every step. I’ll forever go back to Ken for anything I need, he’s that good!
Every single department at Camping World has been incredible. No matter what you need, someone is always ready to help with a smile and go the extra mile. You can really tell they care about their customers.
And a huge shoutout to Mindy in finance she’s absolutely amazing! She explained everything so clearly and made the whole process smooth and simple. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely taken care of.
If you’re thinking about buying or upgrading, go to Camping World and ask for Ken R. you won’t regret it!

Typical Camping world over priced and no real rv parts. Just accessories. Rv sales people have no clue.

If you have a choice to go somewhere else I definitely would. My friend and I drove almost 5 hours from Ely Nevada to come here. Twice. We drove all this way and no one informed us of the paperwork we would need to turn in our trailer towards another one. Then before we were informed we would have to leave our trailer for a deposit and drive back here we came back to a trailer that had not been cleaned or fixed and ready for us to drive back. The staff literally lied to us and told us that they needed to order parts that they could have ordered on Monday when we initially came down. Not only that but the trailer was filthy and when we mentioned that it had not been cleaned the service lady looked me straight in the eyes and told me it had been. Even though it's covered in red mud and the windows are streaked and filthy. As it's approaching winter the days are not very long. They told us they would start on some of the repairs but some of the other repairs would not be done because they needed to order parts. Parts they were fully aware that we needed when we came down here on Monday. It is now Friday and we are waiting on repairs and it is cutting into the daylight hours. For two people bringing a trade in and about to make a $15,000 purchase there has been nothing but attitude from the staff. Maybe you'll have a better experience?

Everyone was nice but it should be called RV world. They do not sell anything for camping, only RVs.

Horrible people.
Took advantage of my parents.
DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP.
Money or parts wise.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
They paid $20k for a $6k trailer.
Fire your horrible salesmen.
Thats so messed up.

First of all, they add a bunch of additional costs to your price so do not get your hopes up about something you see because it will be way more expensive than you think. Thousands more.
Second of all, MINDY tried robbing me of my $500 deposit even though the best monthly payment she could get me was over $150 over what we agreed. A budget is a budget. She was rude and questioned me as if $150 additional monthly was so easy to accommodate for. Some of us are financially responsible. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE $500 DEPOSIT. I had to fight for my $500 and spoke to BIRK and he was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful.
This whole place is a scam ran by greedy rude people. I do not do shady business. Find an rv somewhere else I promise you it’s not worth it.

After reading reviews about Camping World we were a little nervous about buying an RV here. However, they had the perfect pre-owned one so we took a chance. They have been nothing short of incredible, from sales, finance to service. They stood behind the sale when we ran into a couple issues after bringing it home. They sent service to us multiple times until both issues were fixed without question. Kooper and Junior in service were especially helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase here again!

I have to tell ya what a great experience we had with Mike Meyer in the service department. He went above and beyond to get our Motorhome warranty work done. Jayco didn't want to make things right with half of the things we needed done but between Mike and the service manager the work was done.
Tammy Roll was great to work with in the store she helped with everything we would need and let us know of things may or may not need in the future.

Ken Simmons was exceptional!
We had a fantastic experience working with Ken Simmons at Camping World. After some disappointing experiences in the past with both Camping World and Gander, we were honestly hesitant to come back. But Ken completely turned that around.
He took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us compare different brands realistically, and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure—just honest insight and support. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit, not just making a sale.
We’re looking forward to working with Ken again when we’re ready to buy our next fifth wheel.
Highly recommend asking for Ken if you're shopping for an RV—you won’t be disappointed!

Tammy in the parts department is amazing. She helped me diagnose the issue I was having with my hitch pin/lock and helped me pick out a great new one while saving a few bucks in the process. She also taught me how to remove my propane containers, and then filled them for me in 100 degree weather right before they closed—all with the best attitude. A true friend of the road. Thank you, Tammy!
