I went in two hours before they close and they had the dressing rooms blocked off. I had an arm full of clothes that I wanted, but I needed to try on. So I left. Awful customer service. I won't be back. 6-1-25 6:30 PM

I came in to return a part of an online order. Blanca was the cashier who helped me. She was unwelcoming, rude and seemed to strive to make me feel like a burden. I went in to shop for the right sizes of the items that I had returned. Had trouble finding the pants that I needed and went back to ask her a question about where to find them. Her answer was a short and loud I can't hold your bag because it has your address on it and turned her head away from me. She didn't even let me ask my question. I decided to pass on the pants went in and grabbed a couple other items on sale. Guess who was my cashier on my way back to the register? Yes it was Blanca, but this time, she was even more rude than when I had approached her the other two times. I really love your brand clothes and my Old Navy card. I don't not want o stop shopping from Old Navy. Please provide some kind of costumer service training to your employees or send the angry ones to the back where they cannot ruin the shopping experience for your costumers.

Arrived 45 minutes before closing and the dressing room was already closed. I don’t know how you expect people to buy clothes if your fitting rooms are closed. When I asked about it the employees were extremely rude. Clearly more focused on Leaving early instead of performing their actual duties.

What a mess! From employees standing around chatting, management included. The store was busy but too many employees not placing customers needs first. Worst location I've been too.

We did some un-shopping here, getting back $60. But, we also did some shopping, which cost $30. Great selections, great staff. I successfully avoided looking for any shirts, so it was a quick trip. Whew!

Old Navy is great. Since of their clothes are practical and with sales they are reasonable priced. Some of their clothes are so random I wonder if anyone ever wears them. I feel they are over priced and it's only realistic to buy if you take advantage of the sales.The store is beautiful, well kept and has 7 dressing rooms which is helpful to not have to wait. They were all clean with someone professionally hanging and organizing the ones left behind.Staff is friendly and helpful.

usually like this store but everytime i come huge line and workers are just standing there talking likeee people are trying to check out and theres literally 4 registers and they are all standing at one talking, hate coming here!
