First, let's be really clear, I'm not a professional mechanic. I learn from the University of YouTube. I have been shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts for years. It's close and convenient, true. But they also have competitive prices and friendly employees. Before I purchase, I almost always price check and still end up at the same place. Even when the person behind the counter recognizes that I might not know what I'm doing, they still treat me with respect and go out of their way to help. Thanks O'Reilly, you help this poor excuse for a mechanic succeed with my projects.

Jay - you’re the man! 👌🏽 We needed a battery, quick; not only did he find what we needed fast, he changed it out without us even asking. I understand it’s not hard, but know what is? Finding a young man with a good attitude willing to go above and beyond just because they want to! That’s what Jay did for us and we are genuinely grateful! Keep it up, your positive attitude doesn’t go unnoticed 👍🏽

Our car broke down on the way home from Provo. We went to 2 mechanic shops and since it was late on a Friday they didn't want to help. I arrived at Oreilly's and Jay went over and above the call of duty to help us figure out the problem. Give Jay a gold star and a raise. He was awesome!!!! I am glad there are still people like him around. Thanks Jay, we got home today because of you!

I ask work guy to come check my battery n he told me he will after done 1 customer but he keep focus not give my turn so I left he wasted damn time ungrateful

Gave it 3 stars as their services are good but they are slow to assist and not reflective if O'Reilly brand I guess it was a Sunday so may have been short staffed. Wanted to get a battery replaced.

Absolute worst help from the employees went to the sunset branch for a part they said the Washington store has it drove across town for the 2 guys in the store tell me they will order it even though there is 1 in stock they don’t want to find it. Absolutely a joke don’t come to this store ever.
