Let me take a moment to give my highest recommendation to Ami and her company, Pack Rats Estate Sales and Junk Removal!
Ami is a true professional when it comes to staging, organizing, marketing, and selling precious family items at the best possible price. After my mother-in-law passed away, we were managing things from out of state and really needed someone we could trust to take charge and get the job done efficiently and honestly. Ami came to the rescue.
She is a great communicator—always available or quick to respond—and she truly exceeded our expectations. We received three bids from different companies, and while Ami gave us an honest, realistic estimate, she also saw the full potential value of our items. In the end, she almost tripled the sales return of the other companies’ estimates!
Ami brings the aloha spirit to everything she does. She makes you feel like ohana (family) because she genuinely cares—not just about the items being sold, but about the people and the memories attached to them.

Pack Rats was wonderful to work with! I used them for an estate sale, and Ami is incredible - her warmth and professionalism are above and beyond. She truly cared about my mom’s belongings and made a very emotional process so much easier. Ami communicated every step and handled everything with such compassion. I felt completely taken care of by her and Troy. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future!

I recently used Pack Rats to haul off some large items I needed taken to the dump, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Troy showed up right on time, was incredibly courteous, and handled everything with great care and professionalism. He was thorough in making sure nothing was left behind and worked efficiently without cutting corners.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and the respect he showed for my property throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful task completely hassle-free. It’s clear that Troy takes pride in his work and in delivering excellent service.

We needed movers on Saturday and Pack Rats was the only one available. They are very professional, friendly and they even came early. They moved all our furniture out and in with ease. If you want a professional Job done you can count on Pack Rats. I highly recommend this company.
