I called in an order for same day delivery for a designers choice sympathy arrangement to a residence. Had nothing but a good experience and the flowers that were delivered were even better than I imagined. As a former employee in the flower industry, I'll be using Patches for all my future orders for the area. Thank you!

I contacted this flower shop on August 6th via their website to request a proposal for my wedding florals. On August 7th, I received a brief response asking for inspirational photos, stating “ please send us any inspirational pictures to this email and we will send you a proposal”. In which I promptly sent over to them. Since then, despite multiple follow-up emails asking for confirmation and an update, I have not received any further replies. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a business to ignore inquiries, especially for something as important as wedding flowers. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
My last email was August 12th, as of today September 19th (over a month later) they still have not responded.

So disappointing, my sister’s Funeral. I ordered and paid cash for a very expensive fresh flower arrangement, to be placed on a standing easel beside her casket. I especially wanted a white SISTER ribbon. Which I ordered and paid extra.The SISTER ribbon was not on the arrangement. When I told the owner he offered to refund10.00 of the 200.00. When I told him that was not acceptable, he accused me of trying to steal money from him. Patches stole more than money from me. The ribbon was a very important detail which I had given much thought. I for sure I will never purchase flowers from Patches.

I want to give Patches a big shout out! The customer service awesome. I needed flowers last minute for a funeral, they jumped right on it and did one of the most beautiful arrangements I have seen. They will definitely be my go to flower shop from now on.

They were late so the business closed so the flowers I ordered for a friends birthday wasn’t going to get to them on her birthday because they were the ones who were late. Did not offer to do anything to help.besides deliver them the next day. But I ordered them for her birthday…. They didn’t even offer to give a discount or a credit for my next order. Just like sorry! But not sorry….. Very disappointing. -the flowers they sent me were beautiful but it wouldn’t work to be a day late. Lauren Kendrick

I did some searching for a good florist with good reviews in St. George and they lived up to their great reviews!! I don't live in the area, but wanted to deliver flowers to my friend in St. George. It was easy to order online and her flowers they delivered looked like their pictures online...so pretty! Thank you Patches of Iris & Violets for your beautiful arrangement, for brightening my friends day , and living up to your beautiful pictures of arrangements online! Definitely would order again!

It's my anniversary and I came down from Orem to celebrate. I ordered flowers for delivery so I could surprise my wife. With-in an hour of calling they were delivered and waiting for my wife to see them when we got to Grandma's house to drop off the kid for the weekend. Thank you for a great looking vase of roses. My wife was very pleased.

Ordered the “designers choice in plants” for an upcoming funeral. They had PLENTY of time to plan ahead, order and receive inventory, etc. I was traveling from out of town otherwise I would have purchased in person. I spent $250 for the arrangement, and all the added expenses they tac on. I was expecting a beautiful Peace Lily or Ficus Tree, something that would be meaningful to the family. What I got, was a rock filled squatty container with a few tiny plants stuffed in between and a stupid looking feather plume poking straight up. It looked crazy. When I contacted the company all I got was lots of excuses about how it was everyone else’s fault. Their “design”, and inventory are no one else’s fault. I expected at least $185 value taking into account all the other crazy fees, and got a $29.95 disappointment. Do not expect good customer service, good design, or a good value. Shop elsewhere.

Patches of Iris and Violets did a wonderful job creating a floral arrangement like no other. Their special touches added so much personality to the arrangement. I had requested a variety of red flowers, greenery, wheat and rustic accents, and they read my mind! Thank you to the wonderful artists for helping our family express our sympathy.
