Honestly, one of the best gyms in St. George. Friendly staff, $25 dollar membership, and all the equipments you can ask for. The gym is always clean and I love those big windows! The light from the sun just sets your mood for your workout.

It was very easy to get a membership and it's month by month. Everyone there is very nice. They have free lockers and lockers you can pay for. I like the variety of machines and equipment available.

Visited from out of town for a few days and enjoyed working out here. Day pass was convenient and wasn't too crowded. Had enough machine to use. Guy working at front desk was very polite and welcomed us. Customer service was stellar. All in all a great gym. Will be coming again when in town.
