I take my dogs there for dog grooming. It’s probably the most reasonably priced place in town. Having said that you get what you pay for. Overall they do a pretty good job, but there’s always something weird about the haircut when we get home and look at them. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service they provide.

the guinea pigs had dull eyes (sign of health issues) and looked very lethargic. they also had no hay and it's necessary for them to have that 24/7. I've see pet store guinea pigs in poor condition before, but this was way worse than normal. I had guinea pigs for 8 years and I know enough about them to see that they were not healthy or happy. Even in a pet store, you could do much better. Parents especially please do not get them for your kids, they are not beginner pets and you will have to spend thousands in medical bills at best. This was a depressing experience and whoever dictates their care should be ashamed

I get my old English sheep dog and my American pit groomed here and they do a great job. Our groomer Taylor leaves my dog Frankie looking fluffy and clean and Kohu always looks sleek and shiny. I really appreciate the attention to detail he gives both of my dogs and the great care that they get here a few hours a month! Thank you Taylor

We came into the Store 15 minutes before they’re closed to buy fish and they refused to sell them to us because they said they were closed. It makes me mad to see that there were other people going in and buying things but we were refused service because the employees didn’t feel like it. I’ve gone to this store in the past and bought fish at this same time and they have helped me with no problem but not today. Would not recommend.

This Petsmart location is always understaffed and generally has one person running the entire store who acts put out when you ask them for help to get fish or anything else that their job entails. Management needs to make adjustments, they're losing business.

I loved it, everything a little for your pet, she is happy in that place, super clean and great service, super organized, they have a place where you can adopt a pet, there was pure ?⬛, and look at a place where they teach it to obey your pet, incredible prices

Great selection of most pet-related items! Staff can be stretched a little thin at times, but they are professional and do their best to cover other departments as necessary.

Normally this store is great, especially the people at the register. Today we came in to get a mystery snail. As we were walking up the person bagging fish made eye contact with us and walked away and didn’t come back. We hung out in the fish area for another 15 minutes before we left without a snail. In that time we were able to see tons of dead fish, this tank had at least 7. The nitrite levels in their tanks are probably through the roof.

One happy dog, with his new toy. My visit to PetSmart was an excellent experience. The entire store was super clean. The gal that checked me out was amazing! I didn’t get her name but she was awesome. She made the entire visit perfecto?She was so great I wanted to steal her and hire her immediately.
