My dead grandma could hand pump gas faster than it took to fill up my tank here. Out of order pumps. Contactless pay at pumps doesn’t work.

I tried to use tap-to-pay with my card, and the machine said, “Tap failed, please insert card.” So I inserted it, and the locking mechanism immediately engaged. When the machine told me to remove my card, I tried—but the mechanism never released. I spent a couple of minutes yanking and pulling while the machine just kept beeping at me, telling me to grab the card it wouldn’t let go of. Eventually, it came loose and processed a transaction.
I went through the prompts to start fueling, but then the screen froze at the “Alternate ID” step. I selected the option that said something like “No Loyalty Card,” and nothing happened. The screen just stayed there. I tried again at two other pumps. Same issue.
At this point, I’m done. I refuse to give this place my money after such a frustrating and ridiculous experience.

Nice lady who was cashier, but gas pump placed a hold on my entire account, which is a DoorDasher account. Never happened before with this card, I do about 360 fillups a year so I know this is unusual. also, out of lids for cups and mens bathroom was completely unusable.

I don't know who runs this place but oh my, it's done nothing but go down hill! It's a dump, restrooms are never working the men's wall urinal is always out of service and the toilet in the one stall they have is leaking and moves around the floor, they never have any food out on the warmers in the afternoon. Seriously don't bother coming to this place. I'm not one for leaving reviews but it's been like this for MONTHS if not longer so Seriously enough is enough.

My place to get gas in St George whenever I travel there. The staff inside are very friendly, and they always seem to have my raspberry filled donuts that I can't find at home.

Just wanted to share a caution for card users. We tried using multiple pumps and none of them would take our card. Tried different cards, still no luck. After deliberating in the heat we decided to go in and see what the attendants had to say about the pumps... They didn't seem to care that the payments at the pump aren't working. "Customers have just been coming in and paying at the register." We told them we had seen other cars driving away and this would probably lose them customers and the attendant just said "they'll come back." Well we won't be coming back. That's terrible customer service.

Clean restrooms, the staff are always pleasant. The shelves are abnormally short which gives the store an odd look.

Nice place. Very new and clean. They have 88 octane ethanol free gas. Phillip's 66 gas is also Top Tier and their website says they use 3x the EPA standards on detergents. Seems like a good place to fill up! My Toyota motor so far loves the ethanol free gas.
