Joe is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable, honest and beyond helpful. We visited with several other salespersons and non of them came close to Joe. He as come out to home two times to assist with the set up and help us get familiar with the electronic opportunities of the piano.

We've acquired three pianos from Piano Gallery in St. George over the past four years, and the experience has always been extremely positive. The staff is very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Joe has also assisted us several times with minor concerns and short-notice piano moves. The tuner, Stan, does a fine job of keeping our Yamaha grand piano in peak performing condition for our services and events. Thank you guys for your support, and keep up the great work :)

Went in looking for a piano tuner. What seemed to be the owner was very rude and disrespectful. He rudely suggested that tuning a piano is too hard and that I should just "pay 150$ and get it tuned by a professional". He then brushed me off saying that no one carried piano tuners and id be better off hiring someone to do it. I found his welcoming and overall behavior extremely rude and disappointing towards a fellow young pianist.

Seeking a piano tuning kit I came to this establishment thinking that maybe a place called “piano gallery” would have it. Short story they don’t which isn’t an issue. The issue is that after asking to see if they had a kit the manager/owner very rudely said they don’t and criticized me for asking. Saying “ you can’t buy them anywhere” then telling me if I wanted to tune a piano I’d have to pay $150. I strongly recommend seeking your piano and music needs elsewhere.

We had a really great experience buying from piano gallery!! Joe and John were so knowledgable and gave us all the information we needed to pick the perfect piano for us! Delivery was very quick and professional! Would definitely recommend!

Joe at Piano Gallery was amazingly helpful in repairing a pedal malfunction in my Yamaha digital. He was quickly responsive to messages and went above and beyond to see that I had a fully functional instrument as soon as possible. Best customer service!

When I was interested in a new digital piano, the staff showed me several options and expert recommendations that would fit what I was looking for. Because of my difficult schedule, I delayed the final purchase and delivery for a time. The staff maintained communication during this time and offered delivery and assembly at a time after hours that worked for my schedule.

Great service and a lot of knowledge. We were interested in a disklavier and Joe has a ton of knowledge to share. He talked through the options with us for about 30 minutes. John explained the piano options well and understands the difference in quality all the pianos have.

I bought a piano for my wife for our 20 year wedding anniversary. Joe at Piano gallery has been incredible to work with. He help me make a special presentation for my wife and he has been over when they delivered it. The customer service has been un-matched. If you want customer service and a quality amazing product, don’t look anywhere else!
