Service was a disappointment. We were never greeted or asked if we needed assistance finding anything, however others were. There was a jersey my son (10 years old) wanted and upon going to purchase it he was told that team is horrible we should be giving those away for free. Completely unprofessional and disappointing!!! I was willing to overlook not being greeted but the unnecessary comment and lack of customer service combined I could not spend a penny there.

Wayde was a big part of making the experience shopping here so enjoyable. It was fun chatting sports and teams with him as well as talking about some of our favorite players!

Every time I’ve been in this store they always have such a great selection of everything. This store is always so nice and sharp looking. Wade always helps me find what I’m looking for and is very knowledgeable and gets you taken care of! I’ve been to other pro Image stores this is clearly the best!!!

Walked in and immediately was approached and helped by wade. He noticed the hat I already had on and pointed me in the right direction of some of new releases of that same team. Huge attention to little details. Will be coming back to purchase more.

My boyfriend and I went to get a new hat for him and we met wade he helped us pick out a hat and than custom designed it with gems and it was a 10/10 experience. Wade was awesome and made everything so easy!

Man i love going into this store. Wade is an amazing help every time i go in and he never lets me leave that store without saying hello and has some of the best customer service i have ever seen !! he kills it in that store day in and day out 10/10 store and a big part of it is Wade !!
