“A manager answered my knock on the office door that had a sign that said something to the affect “we do not answer the door” and we communicate only thru a telephone # that has no personal aspect at all. I have a house in the mountains and I had run out of gas a month earlier (and therefore no heat) and wanted a gas delivery as soon as roads were passable. I wanted to let someone know and was able to get a delivery the next day thanks to Bill Wales”
