Clean, quiet, comfortable, smelled good (not fake, just clean) staff was friendly. The room and hotel has some very obvious age but nothing off-putting in a major way. This is more apparent in the bathroom, and really needs to be addressed. Remodeling is needed. But it doesn't feel scummy or dirty, just old.
