Crooks.
I blew an engine in my motorhome. On Christmas eve 2018
I had the motorhome towed to Red rocks on referral from the towing company
I had nothing but problems with the shop.
The new motor I shipped them from Colorado was partially unwrapped and left for weeks in the shop exposing the long block to shop dirt and debris.
I recieved a called from the shop and told the engine I sent them was sent to them damaged from my very reputable engine builder. Never the less I shipped the engine back and had it torn down again then shipped back to them.
Very expensive shipping back and forth.
I found out that when they were putting the motor in through the cab instead of pulling the front clip and removing the grill and radiator, that they dropped the engine and put it into the radiator.as well as injuring the mechanic's hand.
When I got the bill it was almost double what I was quoted.
I was notified that they were charging me for the extra parts including a new radiator they had informed me needed to be replaced.
I was obviously not happy with the extra charges but reluctantly paid and was on my way finally.
I didn't know what happened until months later when I bumped into someone who was in the shop that day and told me what had happened with the project. They had dropped the motor and smashed the machanics hand and the engine damaged the radiator as well as the engine.
Bottom line. This is one of the shops you should stay far away from.
They flat out lied to me and charged me for parts they damaged according to the source who was present that day.

Halfway through my trip from Denver to Southern California, my Budget truck box truck developed a check engine code. Jace from Red Rock Garage was assigned to my case and he is the best. He was communicative, efficient, and didn’t mind answering my questions. He made whatever had to happen happen so that I could get back on the road.

This company is a pleasure to do business with. Our Ford E-450 Class C motorhome broke down and their mobile service was prompt and diagnosed our problem and help us arrange a tow to their shop. They got us in quickly and had us on the road in two days. Try that at Camping World! Everyone was friendly and polite. I will definitely be back the next time I need service. Thank you RRG!

This shop saved my trip. Am traveling with 4 dogs in an older 1996 Dodge LTV. The air began to blow out the defroster instead of the regular air vents.
They worked for several hours trying to find the problem. Finally a vacuum check valve was replaced and while they couldn't guarantee it would fix the issue (other than removing the dash) they sent me on my way.
Now days and many miles later my air conditioning and vent air is flowing into the cabin... Very Happy. Hope it's all that was needed.
They took me in right away since I'm on the road. No overcharges, no fixing things that didn't need fixing. Dog friendly too!
There's a sandwich place down the street, walked over with my dogs. Grateful for the service.

We had them do some work on our skoolie when we were passing through town. They diagnose the problem but weren't able to fix it in our limited time window. Did not charge us anything for the time they spent on the bus. Great experience.

I had a rear bearing go out while on vacation in St. George and we ended up replacing the entire rear axle assembly. The owners daughter who works the front desk was nice and helpful. The owner was not.
When we picked up the van the spare tire, which had to be removed to swap the rear axle, way laying inside of the van together with all of the spare tire tools and Jack scattered throughout the van. The owner was so gruff. I didn’t wanna go back in and deal with it, so I just took pictures of it in disbelief. It was just a mess.
We immediately drove back up to Salt Lake and I I tried to put the spare tire back under the car through winding up the hoist, and nothing was moving. I took it in to Point S Tire and they told me that whoever worked it, and removed the tire completely stripped out the gears inside of the hoist.
Also, the rear stabilizer bar was not installed correctly and was just hanging down. I paid more money to fix the damage that Red Rock garage did.
Avoid this place .

I have use Redrock Garage for over 12 years for both tire work and mechanical maintenance both on my private vehicle and 18 wheeler. They are very perfessioal and well knowledgeable in what they do and would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right and to their satisfaction. .
