Plan to lose your entire security deposit and then some!
Overall, red rock was great to work with while we were renting. They handled things well, and everything ran smoothly during our lease.
Unfortunately though, the way they managed our move-out was really disappointing. We’ve rented several places before and have always gotten most (if not all) of our security deposit back. With red rock we lost every penny, and owed quite a bit in additional charges, even though we left the place in great shape.
If you rent from them, you’ll be happy until move out, when you’ll need to plan on losing quite a bit.
***Note their raving reviews because they are very adamant about reminding you to leave a 5 star review right when you move in***

I have had a great experience with red rock so far! I just picked up my keys today and everything was so smooth, they've been great to answer all my questions. Ive dealt with horrible propert management in the past, but red rock hasnalready done such a better job! Thanks red rock!

I’ve been renting a home from Red Rock since May of 2024. The application process, ability to view potential homes and lease signing was a very positive experience, but after my first home inspection today I can say I am continually impressed with the staff at Red Rock. Brennan communicated with me on when to expect him as well as left me a note with a break down of the inspection due to being absent for the walk through. Thank you!
