Redsands Vacations has an amazing team. Their staff is always willing to help, which is truly rare in today’s world. Ashley, in particular, has been wonderful to work with. Can't wait to go on our next vacation with Redsands, but I’m deeply grateful for the support they provided when I truly needed help. The entire team is awesome, and I sincerely appreciate their kindness and professionalism

Our group of 5 spent Thanksgiving weekend at The Lofts 20 in St. George, and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. We were looking for a spot that felt relaxing and spacious enough for all of us, and this place was perfect.
The layout worked really well for five people; we never felt like we were on top of each other. The beds were cozy and the living area was plush and inviting. Even though we had our actual Thanksgiving dinner at another location, this was the perfect spot to come back to and unwind. It felt like a real home rather than just a rental.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Incredible Stay at Red Sands!
Red Sands Vacation Home in Washington, Utah was absolutely perfect. The home had everything we could’ve asked for and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget and tool imaginable, making cooking super easy and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were next-level comfortable—like sleeping on clouds—and every bedroom having its own ensuite made the whole stay feel luxurious and private.
The host team was extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The backyard opens up to a nice green grass area, and the community pool is just a simple, quick walk from the back of the home. We loved the clean spa and the heated pool that was actually warm—such a rare find.
Inside the home, the classic 90s arcade games like NFL Blitz and NBA Jam were a huge bonus and brought back so much nostalgia. The location is ideal too—quiet, safe, and only about 15 minutes from St. George. For everything it offers, the price was unbeatable.
We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Red Sands to anyone visiting Southern Utah!

Our stay at Copper Rock in Hurricane, Utah, was nothing short of spectacular. The home is breathtaking — spacious, beautifully appointed, and filled with high-end details throughout. From the chef’s kitchen with premium appliances to the perfectly designed living spaces, every element felt thoughtfully curated.
The master bathroom is a true showpiece, measuring approximately 10x16, featuring multiple showerheads, a soaking tub, and an elegant layout that feels like a private spa. Each bedroom seemed to have its own luxurious ensuite, adding to the comfort and convenience for our group.
The outdoor amenities — pool, jacuzzi, and grill — were all flawless. The setting was serene and peaceful, surrounded by Utah’s stunning landscape. I was even able to comfortably work from the fully equipped home office.
This property exceeded every expectation. We can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone seeking a first-class stay in southern Utah.

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Check-in and check-out were super easy thanks to the clear instructions. The home was spotless and in great shape. The hot tub was big, simple to use, and perfect for relaxing.
The rooms were clean and comfy, and we had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The community pool was a lot of fun too—plenty of sun chairs and space to enjoy the day.
Overall, it was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit 108 in Paradise Village has large living areas to accommodate everyone, as well as many private amenities. The backyard is the best part!! A pool, hot tub, sports court, play set, bonfire pit, splash pad, and dining table ensure many happy hours for all ages! The only downside during our stay was that we ran out of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, and paper towel. A house that sleeps so many people should have basic supplies for a 3-night stay. Overall, I highly recommend this house for large families!

This is a great property for a large group. We had 20 people and it never felt cramped. Each room is an ensuite! A great variety of entertainment and amenities. Steps away from the community pool area. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of pool towels. Parking for 5 vehicles.

We had a fantastic stay at Zion Village in Hurricane, UT! The property felt brand new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The development is clearly built with short-term rentals in mind, which made the experience even better—no permanent residents, just families and groups enjoying their vacations.
The location is incredibly convenient, with world-class mountain biking and hiking trails just minutes away, and only about a 40-minute drive to Zion National Park. Unit 395 was perfect for our group—comfortable beds, a spacious and well-equipped laundry room, and modern TVs in every bedroom. The kitchen and living spaces were well laid out and made relaxing after a day of adventures easy.
One of the highlights was the community pool area—a short walk from the unit. The pool, lazy river, and spa were all outstanding and made for the perfect place to unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be returning!
