I had great customer service. The staff was very friendly and were able to answer my questions in regards to a repair. They were to reattach the frame on the day window very easily. I will have my business with all my watch services. This is a great place.

What a first rate store. Both very friendly and professional. I asked for what could be an expensive repair. A quick inspection of the watch resulted in a piece of cotton. Fixed! Thank you. I highly recommend. Beautiful timepieces for sale also.
