Had to go into California for work and this was the only shop that could assist in putting a mag block in my Glock 19 Gen 5 Magazine. I spent 2 days looking for a shop that either stocked a 10 round mag or could put in a block along with amazing customer service.

Told me everything about my gun and showed me that it wasn't locking into place every time it you cock it which is not safe, so I did not purchase ammo for it. They could have just made a sale, but my safety and the safety of my Father's 1948 S&W handed down to me. Sentimental value too high. Thank You

You have to give their virtual shooting simulator! They can run you through actually police trainings and situational awareness courses to see how you would handle actual potential shooting situations. It was very interesting to run through the situations and learn how to handle them correctly.
The people at riches gunshop are very friendly and very knowledgeable about theyre craft aswell. So just know when you go to play on their simulator or go into buy guns and gun supplies you will be met with amazing hospitality.
If your looking for a quality Guns and ammo shop Rich's Gun shop is by far the best option in southern utah
