It just so happens I came across this wonderful establishment when my Mom was rear ended in her van and the back bumper needed to be replaced! It has been so awesome to have such a talented and caring crew help me with my own wrecks and problems since then!! We all do things to our vehicles that we wished we didn’t just by daily use…
But GOOD NEWS Folks! When you go to Rocky Mountain Collision for help, you can be totally put at ease that their experience is so DEEP in all aspects of repair and vehicle refurbishments And… TO TOP IT OFF their kindness has blessed my life over and over again as I bring new problems to their service center!
Its so awesome that every time I leave I feel like my car is brand new all over again… Bless you guys, for all of the hard and detailed work you do…each knowledgeable technician that works for you really do know their stuff! I can’t believe what you’ve all done just for me! So go…and be glad you did!

Me and my fiance were rear ended and were recommended by the insurance company to take care our car here for repairs they were pretty helpful at first and communicated well but upon picking up our car we noticed 2 dents above the back bumper nowhere near the place they were supposed to be fixing I pointed it out to Matt and he just seemed confused and had no answer. We went inside to take a look at the pictures they had taken of our vehicle upon its arrival at their shop they proceeded to zoom into their pictures and show us a reflection of the vehicle behind our vehicle and claimed that was the dent and proof it was there before arrival it was obviously not and I provided them my proof and pictures of the vehicle before arrival they assured me a Manager would reach out and of course that didn’t happen so days later my fiance called back to speak to the manager and waited 10 minutes before getting told they wouldn’t fix the dent and that they had no knowledge of how it happened. Would strongly recommend Dixie auto repair, Troy’s autobody or Dealer collision center.

We took our car here after an accident. They did amazing work. The car was even finished before the expected completion date. I definitely recommend them for auto repairs and will use them future auto body needs.

I went to this business for an estimate on my coming up vintage custom truck for rust repair. Chasta that took all the pictures was wonderful. The owner called me the next day and was so helpful and honest, giving me a name of someone else that deals with this situation better than his business, more cost efficient for my situation. What an awesome place. I would recommend this business.

I was passing through St. George from Flagstaff, AZ. My car's bumper had come loose and I couldn't drive anywhere with it like that. I went to Rocky Mountain Collision, in hopes to get it fixed without too much delay. The owner himself came out and fixed the problem right then and there (in the 112 degree weather I might add). They charged an extremely fair price. I would recommend this business to everyone in St. George and anyone passing through.

Can't trust them. They did a very poor alignment on my GF's Cadillac. Steering wheel off center and vehicle wanders all over the road while driving after she picked car up for minor body damage. Took car to another alignment shop to evaluate only. The before and after printout showed how far off Rocky Mountain was. Looked over their invoice because she said no issues prior to them working on car. I saw they did an alignment so I reached out to Rocky Mountain. They showed me their alignment results that indicated the car was perfect. So now it's he said she said with them....soooooo I take car to another alignment shop to sort out who is lying to me. Well Sunrise Tire put her car on the alignment on rack and said it was way off, just like the other shop. I told Sunrise to do the alignment. Bingo GF said car drives perfectly and steering wheel centered! So I reach out requesting a refund for their lousy job. They wanted to reopen the claim and cheat my insurance company. They told me they refused refund their alignment charges. And claimed the car seems to have alignment issues...yes it did because they did a poor job. They have taken so much of my time, including time car was down, which was over their estimate, to sort their lousy work out that I hope this review has you rethinking using these hacks. Marshall was the actual liar that wanted to cheat my insurance company. Don't trust them. I have attached 3 alignment printouts to show how bad they were.Service: Body & Trim

Sitting in the waiting room I heard a lot of foul language from the employees in one of the offices.... Seemed unnecessary and was very unpleasant to sit through. A few words here and there would have been ok but this was a long, loud conversation that I wish I didn't hear as a customer at a place of business. I probably won't be back to Rocky Mountain Collision in St George Utah.
