I Went in and purchased a couple of large Christmas bells to add to my tree. I was told at the time of purchase I had 10 days to return or exchange. The bells were too large so after 2 days I went in to return them. They would not take them back, not even for a Christmas item exchange. EVEN after I told them I was told by the gal I purchased them from that they would. I frequent Rod Works because I am in interior design. Sorry to say I will not be returning. Terrible customer service.

Great place with so much decor and at great prices. If your a fan of the farm house style you know how hard it is to find a good selection but Rod Works has it all.

Cute store with a good selection of home accessories. Store is especially fun to walk through for gifts and knick knacks for your home during the holidays. Friendly and helpful staff and sufficient parking.
