Super messy and dirty store as usual. I had a two item return which the girl at the register took forever to help me with. Not only that but prior to helping me she left the register and left alone her coworker to help the line himself. When called back to help she took her sweet time, and worst of all she was ignoring the supervisor on the floor. She then proceeded to complain to me and informed me she would take long on purpose to make it seem like she’s working. Very unprofessional and annoying experience.

Got everything I needed for about 40 $ - dress, shoes, earrings. I had to do some last minute shopping for a wedding and loved what I found.

Very long line only 2 people working then one asked to take a break and then there was one. Got a phone charger had to return it 3 times before it worked,and each time had to wait in that long line

Every time I have visited this store there has been at least one alarm tag going off non-stop.
Whoever made the decision to make use of the alarm tags either does not have to listen to them, or does not care if they make the shopping experience stressful.

The woman running the fitting room has horrible customer service, did not want to open bathroom door for my daughter and the co-worker next to her was more than happy to open it. Management definitely needs a staff meeting to teach staff how to be consistent with customers.

7/2/24 asked to go to the bathroom and lady did not unlock bathroom door, she just stood there like I could open the door without it being locked, and she was bath disrespectful to the person in front of me trying to try on some cloths. She needs to be released from her position immediately horrible customer service.
