On 7/22 I walked into Rue 21. I tried on two dresses and when I looked up I saw there was a camera in the middle of the fitting room. That made me not want to try on the next dress. I don’t know if that camera above the fitting rooms also captures people trying on the clothes.Very uncomfortable.

Loved it! Had cute trendy clothes, and got a perfume that smells amazing. Staff was nice, when I went to pay it went by really quick.

Great customer service, went to see if they had one of my perfumes I love but unfortunately it was there for only limited time. Found another one Unity, the young lady was great helping me find something comparable based on my description. Which mind you may not have been good, like really not that great AT ALL! She was patient and showed me few, definitely will be back.

I was there about a week ago and i am medically exempt from wearing a mask.I was in there shopping around (some employees had masks under the nose) and i was the only one in the store. Finally one of the workers noticed i wasnt wearing a mask and asked if i needed one and i said no thank you, ill maintain a social distance. She continued to bully me and my daughter out of the store..... when i called to ask for a manager she told me there were no managers at the store. I said okay i need names and employee numbers. She then told me there were 4 assistant managers in the store. I asked her if i could please talk to someone else or get her name and some other names. She was extremely rude and told me she had a right to refuse me!!I am disgusted by how that employee handled the situation and continued to lie! I will NOT return to this store.

Showed up at the time the store was supposed to open and it wasn't. Manager pulled up late to open the store. She unlocked the doors and I followed her in and she asked me to leave because they weren't open yet despite it being past opening time. I stood outside for 30 minutes and eventually left.

Not over priced, in fact there is always a great sale going on.

Couple years ago I bought about $400 worth of clothes in one visit :-). I moved away for a year-and-a-half and almost completely forgot about the store I don't know why but I did. I really appreciate the employees here. Emma is brand new, but was very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Adrian, is a great trainer and runs the store in a open, friendly manner. Thanks to everybody there!!
