I was driving west to Las Vegas when I experienced a knocking sound coming from the engine and was stuck on an exit from late night til early morning when I had the truck towed to Rush Truck Center in St. George, UT.
I had called in beforehand and the customer service from the start was simply second to none.
When I arrived at the location Greg and his team attended to my truck and they fixed a problem that I certainly thought would take days due to the sound coming from the engine. There were somehow loose components in the engine and they were tightened and everything was fixed.
Greg called it “a Christmas miracle” and it most certainly was unbelievable how quickly and perfectly they fixed the issue.
I was able to drive to Vegas and decide to drive all the way back to have a transmission service done the next day as I was highly impressed with the great customer service, professionalism, courtesy, and amazing quality of work.
Honestly speaking I recommend this location to anyone and may Greg and his team continue to do an amazing job.
Even the maximum 5 stars aren’t enough for the service provided here.

Emery was my mechanic and he dropped the transmission fixed and had it reinstalled before the end of day 2 and did the recalls on my truck plus everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and not Lazy much appreciated.

We were coming down from a trip to Yellowstone in our motorhome when we hit Beaver Utah and started blowing black smoke and loosing power. We pulled off to see if someone could tell us what it was. Found a place and he explained it was an EGR valve that was stuck open but he couldn’t fix it.
We drove to St George Utah to find someone who could diagnose the issue and fix it. On a Saturday afternoon there is not much available.
Monday morning we started calling around to see what could be done to get us home in the next few days. Everyone we called was booked out at least a week to 3 weeks.
Called Rush Trucking and spoke to Greg. We explained our problem and he promptly went to work finding the part we needed. Tuesday the part came in and he booked us for Wednesday morning to get it fixed. Abraham was the technician who is so kind and really knows his stuff. By 2:00 we were all fixed. Thank you Greg and Abraham.
We will definitely be back and refer Rush Trucking St George along with Greg and Abraham in the future.

Had two chassis issues in my Tiffin motorhome and Rush scheduled an appointment for the next business day. Diagnostics completed that day and parts ordered overnight from the manufacturer. Repairs made to DEF head and fuel sending unit and I am back on the road.

We were traveling through Utah when we had trouble with our International powered motor home. I called several shops but Roscoe at Rush, was the only person that said bring it in. Roscoe and Greg kept us informed and worked with my service contract supplier. We picked up our motor home right after Christmas and made the 1500 mile trip home. The motor home ran better than ever. Thank you Roscoe, Greg and the crew!

We were traveling through Utah when we experienced a check engine light on our Fuso truck. We dropped in without an appointment to ask for help sorting out the problem. Craig and Roscoe stepped up immediately and addressed the issue. We highly recommend Rush Truck Center in St George. Thanks!
