I received a call ahead of time. Tech showed up on time. There was a bit of an issue with getting access to everything in my car, so I might recommend having technicians look over vehicle details before showing up for a job. I don't mind, I know my car is a bit of an oddity, but I know other people might.

Tried for several days to make an appointment. Don’t waste your time. Nobody will answer. But they’re happy to disconnect you after telling you to make an appointment on line! Available Appointments are DAYS out.Try Saint George Auto glass. Ernie will answer his phone and they have state of the art equipment.

I'm giving them a 4 star for their phone prompted optional and custom services once I was finally able to talk to someone. Then, once I got in touch with an employee, she couldn't answer my questions and sent me to "after hours, customer service." All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment to get my windshield certified for the insurance company. They couldn't do that.

Update: The mobile service came and had the new windshield installed and sensors recalibrated within an hour. Everything looks good. Thank you for making this right. Moved 1 star to 3 stars. Will use your service in the future.Trying to get a windshield replaced for my company vehicle with their mobile service. We have been no call/no showed twice. Leaving a company vehicle out of service from 12pm to 5pm twice, as they have a time frame, not a specific time(which is reasonable and understandable). But trying to pay a company $1k and they no show twice is just ridiculous. We are going somewhere else because we cannot keep having a vehicle out of commission for over half the day. Can't afford another no show.

Unfortunately, I've been to too many Safelite facilities as I get dinged a lot through so much traveling. This Safelite is the best store that has serviced any of my vehicles! While waiting for my window replacement to be completed, I witnessed numerous interactions between several technicians, the customer rep (Kati), and customers. In every single instance, the staff was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and accomodating. Additionally, they provide wifi, a good selection of Keurig coffees while you wait, complimentary water, and clean restrooms. I give this place the highest marks across the entire spectrum of customer service and fairness ratings. Kati has incredible positive energy and a cool vibe--I can really sense her genuine commitment and desire to take care of her customers. THIS PLACE EARNS MY BEST AND HIGHEST ENDORSEMENT!

Absolutely hate that you cannot contact this business directly when you call the local phone number or the 800 number you get a robot. I actually had to go into the place of business to get an appointment for my car replacement windshield. I ended up getting my windshield replaced on my vehicle, and the service was good and the people there were friendly. However, because you cannot get a hold of them directly on the phone, I would do business elsewhere in the future.

Wesley came to replace my windshield, he was very friendly & professional. He called and told me that he was able to arrive earlier than expected, which was really nice. He replaced my windshield in a timely manner. It was a very nice experience!Thanks so Much Wesley!

Orbelin (OC) Chavez was the best. He came in a very timely manner and was very thorough with the process. He was nice and give us recommendations on maintenance afterwards. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Great service!! He replaced our whole front glass. of our chevy travers as of recent. Highly Recommend!!

Waiting a year now to get satisfaction with plastic piece by rear view mirror. Finally took it to dealer…was told they put incorrect windshield in. Installer at Safelite told me it was correct and he’d been doing this for 13 years. Now, after 10 AM appointment, 5 pm….guess what. Replacing windshield, but glad we had nowhere to be. Farmers Insurance should find a new partner.

I was the last appointment of the day and running behind by quite a bit. I called and the lady at the front desk was very nice, she asked if it was okay for me to still come in. Wally met me as I drove up, I handed over my keys and he fixed the two rock chips in my window. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and for staying late! My windshield looks great!

WORST EXPERIENCE. Had less than 1/2 inch crack in my windshield and within an hour rechecked and says I need a whole new windshield. When I was receiving the service there was two other gentleman who were complaining about the same thing. I called several other glass repair services who said they didnt take the proper time to do the service.

This place was incredible. I had a special order replacement windshield available within a few days of calling them. The staff was really friendly especially the front desk reception. She even greeted us when we arrived

I called on April 20th to get a quote for a front windshield replacement. Was asked every question except my Dad's last name. 30 minutes later, I am told I can't get a replacement until May 5th. I will never get those wasted 30 minutes back. Two weeks without a car is unexpectable. Meanwhile, jones paint and glass got me in the next day. Your motto for same day repair/replacement is false advertising. I will never even attempt to use your company again. The man who helped me on the phone was rude and unprofessional and not even local. He said he was in Phoenix AZ. It was all around a terrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever received.
