“I felt like I needed to ad a review as far as how responsive Southwest has been. Today is Saturday September 17th. I called and spoke to who seemed to be the owner and I asked him when his crew could move my furniture. He said "Tomorrow". I was thinking the soonest he would say was a week or 2 out. Very responsive! We will see how the move goes!”

“We moved from Hawaii to Las Vegas and everything went smoothly. Communication great, delivery fast and efficient. The delivery guys were awesome. My one complaint is they told us that they would pick up our empty boxes when we’re done moving in. They said just give us a call and we’ll pick ‘‘em up in a couple of days. So we called when we were done and was told that they were too busy to pick up. They said it would be quicker if we put it out in our bulk trash. Moving from Hawaii isn’t cheap and I expected that part of the service to not be a problem. I am thankful for everything moving so effortlessly and disappointed about the difficulty of removing the empty boxes.”

You’re able to access your locker anytime between 10pm-6am using a personal code to get into the gate, and the storage lockers are protected and easy to access.”

I have moved beds, furniture, artwork washer/dryers etc. it is so nice and makes it as easy as if the storage unit was a few steps away.The music makes it enjoyable. No bugs. “Awesome storage facility. The manager is easy to talk to. I've called because I have forgotten the gate code a few times. He is friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues. They have the best prices I've seen in St George and their facility is in lots better condition than most. Highly recommend them. Access hours are 6am to 9pm. I wish it was 24/7 but the current hours have been fine so far.”

“I debated to see how many stars I should rate this storage unit. We loved the storage place and hadn’t had any issues until we moved out. Steve who is the manager on Riverside Rd was a complete A-hole. We told him twice that we were moving out and he failed to give us a vacant sheet to fill out. After using the elevator twice, it broke and he basically said there was nothing he could do and told us to deal with it. We were on the third floor and had a 300 pound desk or so and other super heavy things we had to move Down the stairs. But then Steve failed to give us a vacancy form to fill out and we were charged for the next months rent even though we told him twice we were moving out. But I went it and there was a very nice young lady who helped me and was able to get a refund for me. That’s why I gave it five stars. Steve just sucks and should be fired. He also charged us $10 in gas to go two miles for the uhaul.”

“I've had a unit here for over a year now and I am very pleased with the service, plus 24 hour access ? even though it is not climate controlled or indoors, I haven't had any concerns about insect or excess dirt and dust. One issue is the lighting is obscured and inadequate for nighttime but I have used my vehicle lights to get by. I've had one price increase in the entire time since I first obtained my unit. ☺️ Easy access and convenient location.”
