Blew a tire on I-15 Southbound halfway between Salt Lake City (home) and Las Vegas (destination) the afternoon before Thanksgiving 2023. Concerned that our other tires may have been compromised by something we ran over on the freeway, Mercedes Roadside Assistance connected us with Sg3 Towing for a tow to the nearest Mercedes dealership in St. George, which was 90 miles away. We received first-class service from Spencer, Sg3’s owner, from pick-up to drop-off (including letting us ride in his truck). Spencer even took us out of his way to St. George airport—the only place still open on Thanksgiving-eve to get a rental car—after safely delivering our car to the dealership. Spencer is a super-hero without a cape! I highly recommend Sg3 Towing and Recovery.

Had a great experience with this company. They were super responsive and came super quick. Their customer service was great and the driver who took us was a pleasure to ride with and was very gentle with our vehicle. Highly recommend!!

These guys are fantastic. We had a completely dead bmw that was a pain in the butt to get where it needed to go. They went above and beyond and made a bad experience as good as they could’ve. Even bailed us out twice. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!!Services: Battery service

Blew a tire between Cedar and SG on our 28ft trailer that was full of stuff. Colby got there quickly and took care of the problem fast. I would have loved for the price to be less than it was, but I am sure it is about what any shop would charge for the location and urgent situation. I would call them again in an emergency.

Spencer was awesome and extremely helpful in every aspect of my recovery. Went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed out of our 5th wheel while all this took place. Jordan was great! i had a flat tire on my rental car and i needed it towed asap because i needed to drive it to the las Vegas airport early tomorrow. there were some issues with the key, which Jordan helped me with. he's communicative and made me feel like i was in good hands. thanks for everything!

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service we received from Jordan and the team. We were stranded in Bryce Canyon National Park in 6 ton Sprinter Van and they made a terrible experience so much better. Jordan went above and beyond to try and fix us on site, and when he couldn’t he towed us 2.5 hours back to Saint George making sure that our van was safe in the process. We cannot recommend SG3 any more highly. Hope to not need their services again but we feel so good knowing they are there when we are in the area.Services: Long distance hauling

Our rental car shut down on us on our way to Las Vegas. With my mother, niece and her 2 children tow, we were stranded on the side of the Hurricane exit. Rental car company sent out SG3 towing and they were able to tow us in the rental on top of the tow truck, to the St George airport to trade it for another rental. It would have been impossible for us to get anywhere on foot from where the car shut off to the near building to contact a Uber/ride. Thank you SG3 for making it POSSIBLE for us. The ride was a scenery from the top of the tow truck. The driver was very careful and did not want to draw attention to our ride so he took us on a ride through the back road.
