Because of something that was not my fault this mechanic shop has decided to refuse me service. I went in for a diagnosis and when I was ready to leave my car started having a lot of issues that it didn’t have before. The mechanic Shane was mad at someone else and took it out on me and that was very unprofessional. He slammed the hood of my car and threw my keys at me and left. He left tools in my car and is now getting a bad review. Sorry your ego got hurt but maybe buy a punching bag instead of using your customers.

One star service for repairing my vehicle! But zero stars for what I felt were different behaviors. I'm sure if I wasn't a person of color, the treatment I received would have been better. Also, they didn't put my vehicle back in the same condition it has loose parts, and none of the hoses were reattached. That led to a check engine light and other issues. Now the vehicle is at another shop waiting for repairs.

Todd and team were absolutely amazing and kind! We had a huge set back on our RV trip home! Had to get a complete suspension replacement with all new leaf springs, 3 new crossbars and two new tires to the fifth wheel. Todd fortunately had everything in stock and had us back on the road in 6 hours. Thank you Todd and team for your exceptional service.Anyone on the road in St George need this type of work this team was the best and we highly recommend.

Brought my RV in for tires. Todd provided super service over the phone and in person!There is easy access with wide streets and a large drive to pull into around back. No problem driving a 40ft RV into their lot.They ordered & installed the tires super quick and went above and beyond by fixing my shock bolts which another shop had installed incorrectly and had caused tire damage. Highly recommended!!!

Just have to give another shout out. We take ALL our vehicle to this place ONLY. We have 5 vehicles, 3 of which are our kids cars so they're teen autos which means they have issues more than most and Landon and his crew do EXCEPTIONAL work for us every time. They are really the only ones we trust. So good to know you have someone that can get the job done on something that is so important to your entire families livelyhood. Thanks Landon and team!

This business deserves 6 stars! Our fifth-wheel had a serious suspension issue. While camped in the Coachella Valley, CA, after calling several businesses in various locations, a previous customer highly recommended Todd and this station in St. George. Upon arrival Todd identified the problem. A major overall of the suspension was needed. The repairs were started immediately and completed by mid-afternoon the following day. We ‘camped’ overnight on-site to facilitate completing the work in a timely manner as possible. We were thoroughly kept informed as the work progressed. Todd or his workers always answered our questions in an informative manner. I have no qualms stating that Todd knows RV suspensions. Everyone who works at this Shell location was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Customer service, friendly and knowledgeable workers, with timely repairs make this a top-notch business.

I had the luck of meeting the new owners of West Boulevard Shell this week. I followed our motorhome in to get new tires and in the process my Jeep Wrangler's 'Check Engine' dash light came on. Without an appointment, Shane, the computer whiz, hooked my Jeep up to the computer, found the problem, and fixed it, all within 45 minutes. The cost was so reasonable and I really felt like I wasn't being treated like a wallet stuffed with money. This place is great! Clean, friendly and so reasonably priced!
