I feel lucky that Ethan answered and gave a quote on homeowners insurance, He quickly provided a quote and discussed the line items and details, with clarity and easy to understand information. I will probably get my auto coverage through him as well.

I started a claim with State Farm and was told my adjuster would contact me within a day or two. He didn't . I tried calling him but my calls went straight to voice mail. I tried calling my other contact,whose office gave me my adjuster's number and they said they would try to contact him - but I did not hear from him. I am without kitchen water and have been for several days now, so I am in need of prompt service. I called my home State Farm office to see if they could help. Rebecca assisted and seemed very sympathetic to my situation. She tried contacting my case manager but he was out of town. She also tried contacting my adjuster but her call went straight to voice mail. Rebecca emailed me to suggest I text him - as he would be more likely to get my message that way. I have done so and within a short time my adjuster called and set up an appointment. I do feel very greatful for Rebbecca's willingness to make phone calls on my behalf and to email me with a helpful suggestion. It was nice to feel she understood my concern and my situation . She treated me with the utmost respect and was willing to show her concern through action! She success fully helped me contact my adjuster to move things along. She's amazing
