“I love this store. They have a ups access point, it is very convenient to drop the returns whether it is Amazon or other retailer. The crew is very helpful. I prefer to go this store Staples rather than to any ups store in town. It is very clean, nice, and organized there. The ambiance is pleasant.”
“Every time I go to UPS, the employees are so courteous. One time my package needed some packing tape on it to attach two packages together, which the store had told me to do, but I forgot. One of the employees taped the two packages together and I was so impressed. She went the extra mile for me so I wouldn’t have to go home and do it.”

I was trying to sort through an international SNAFU with FEDEX online to no avail and when she saw my face and I explained my efforts to resolve the situation, she stepped right in, called customer service and the whole situation was resolved. She deserves a raise for reading the customer correctly. I would ask that FEDEX software engineers improve their website. There's a lot on it, I know, but it's difficult to navigate. Thank you.”
