An only "so so" place. VERY basic pedicure with ongoing pressure to upsell the client. Wouldn't go back.

Worst pedicure ever!! The guy had my feet soaked, messaged, calluses cleaned up and was getting ready to paint my toe nails when I asked why he wasn't cutting the cuticles and the dead skin around my nails. He argued with me that he had done it already. I stated that he had not done any of that. He argued with me until I finally had enough and told him to just paint the nails so I could leave. I was in the chair from start to finish 25 min. I also noticed that they have roaches. Never again!! The 1 star rating is just because the review will not post without it!!

I recently moved to Saint George. Utah and my sister referred me to the salon to get my nails done. I needed an acrylic fill and it was done by the owner. I had a couple of nails that were broke and he had to add the tips and the acrylic and I was extremely dissatisfied with the shape of the nails. He did my fill in literally 30 minutes and I felt very rushed and that he did not take the time to do my nails as good as they should be. I would definitely NOT recommend this nail shop if you have any standards whatsoever. Not to mention that they way overcharged for a fill!!! I am willing to pay top dollar to get my nails done right, but definitely not willing to pay this nail shop based on my experience.

I usually don't leave reviews for businesses, and definitely not negative ones, but this was such a bad experience I had to share. My mom and I went into Sky Nails, with an appointment made, for manicures and pedicures. Not only were our mani/pedi's completely rushed through because of walk in clients, several services included in the package were not received. Worse, I was cut on 3 of my toes and 4 of my fingers during the process. The nail tech was annoyed that I was bleeding and kept telling me I just have sensitive skin.They didn't even finish my manicure! No nail polish though I was charged for it; they just rushed me out to start on another walk in client. By the time this happened, I was just frustrated and ready to leave so I paid and left. We tried to tell them that our services weren't finshed, and showed them my cuts. They told us it was normal. I have had SEVERAL of these services done before at other salons ( I live out of town) and never once have I been cut, let alone 7 times. I have never been rushed, and I have never had services missed. My mom is a licensed cosmetologist so she knows the expectations for a nail tech. Needless to say, my first experience with this salon will definitely be my last.

Worst experience ever. I spoke to the owner how I did not like my daughter nail service and she act like did not care what I had to said. One the female workers put more concern on my issue that her. The employee saw the job his co-worker did and ask to ask him to fixed it but he did nothing to make it better. I wouldn’t recommend at all 0 stars on Customer service

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve had at this salon. She soaked 1 foot for 2 minutes and the other didn’t get soaked before she started scraping my heel. Then she took off my old polish, clipped a couple nails and then did a little cuticle care. Then I did get a great 3-4 minute massage, hot towels and painted my nails. She was done in 14 minutes.
Not coming back, so disappointing.

In town for an event, and I had a gel pedicure at Sky Nails. Clean, bright place, kind staff, and I loved the pedi experience.

I love them and they are the only people I go to in St. George! If you need your nails done for an event or just for any occasion really, definitely come here and you won't be disappointed ♡
